Nissan Service Centre Balakong

The best service centre I have ever been to. Courteous staff who knows what they're doing, comfortable waiting room and car problems get solved professionally.

Expensive charges and parts/item.
Not recommend if your car mileage already exceed warranty period.
Not easy to get slot unless book 1 week from your plan date.

Nothing spectacular, nothing to shout about! Nissan has never changed!

1.asked some accessories info, promised to returned a call, nothing happened, no follow ups
2. You can never get through service center hotlines, engaged or no one bothers to pickup calls.
3.no human touch, just transactional.

Good services and friendly! Only things hv to improve is when providing free food but don't have a good place for ppl sitting probably to having the food.

The worse nissan service centre. Never pick up call. Never update me on my request status. Always delaying all my request. My last buying car with nissan tan chong

The staff can help explain every question I ask either through the phone or during the service center. So far i like the service.

Terrible waiting time for the car services here. Bad resources management. They shouldn’t accept reservation of too many vehicles if they have limited staffs. Please improve it!

Front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful. They were willing to take the time to explain and accommodate me picking up the car after hours.

Servis mantap. Wifi free, white coffee free. Kau yg naik honda ke proton ke pun boleh je servis kat sini, kasi tebal sikit muka tu bertanya. Sekian melaporkan.

I am only unhappy with the booking confirmation, once making a service appt Nissan should confirm the appointment, thats all, at least a notification that the appt is confirmed.

Positive: Strategic location with ample of parking space. Non busy road. Services thumbs up.

Negative: price no need to say. Everyone know about it

Depends on service assistant but most of them are pretty knowledgable, but the price are quite expensive.

Easy and fast service. Large waiting room with pantry, surau and toilet available. To service your car here, one needs to apply online through its app Drive On. One downside is that it is hard to spot beside the highway.

Come to change the airbag. Waiting time is not long (about 1 hour). No complimentary drinks like coffee serve. Minum air je.

Sent our baby XT for a major service 40k km. Arrived at 11.30am and been informed that it will be done at 4pm. No issue as my brother who stayed nearby picked me up. Everything is great but the car wash result were not so good. However, still understandable due to high traffic. Overall, Mr Chan was friendly and polite Service Advisor.

Went for free front passenger airbag actuator replacement (recall program) for my 20 year old xtrail.

Thanks for the great services @Nissan Service Centre Balakong. Previously, I was having an issues with the service car appointment due to this pandemic occur, but with their professional assistanship, I managed to book my appointment on the exact date as appeared. Dropped car off and they quickly diagnose the problem. They check everything of the car condition. Don't have to wait long coz they do a good job send you a text after done. Very smooth and friendly staff. Takes pride in the quality of workmanship they deliver to their customers. Great experience here, Best Service Centre only @Nissan!?

Wasn't the best service provided. Claim for repair to aircond condenser, under warranty, i as the owner have to chase and follow up for the claim approval despite my numerous calls to the service
centre. Delay for approval was blame on me for not sending my car to service in the appointed km or months. Just a pathetic excuse. So now u tell me should i b satisfied with the service
