Friendly crew and knowledgeable.conveniently located next to the Nissan Parts Centre. This SC also have simple breakfast if you are the early birds to service your vehicle here

Friendly staff & Friendly Environment. Waiting area big, neat and clean. After service, they will highlight your car problems, which is good for your awareness. But the spare part bit pricey.

Although very far journey from puchong, it is definitely worth it. Look for Liew, service manager, my always go to guy, he is super efficient, he managed to get me a slot for major servicing 140k for my Serena s-hybrid, doing overtime to ensure my car is fit for long distance travels for the Raya holidays! After that complete service, my car fuel economy improves a lot with the change of timing belt, battery and the standard change of oil. Bought npmp from him, never did regret sending it so far from my home. Knows in and out of my car, explaining carefully what to fix. A real peace of mind when you know your ride is as good as new. Will be there again for my other car.

Good for nissan owners living near batu caves area. It doesn't have body paint facilities. The nearest is Kepong Nissan Service Centre for body works. The rest services are ok. Point to be noted: Not open 365 days.

I called to them for issues related to extended warranty and insurance, they promised to call back and they really did. This might seem like small matter, but from my experience, some companies will never call u back even they promised to. Solve my headache problem within minutes, and here's the 5 stars!

Poor service. Service advisor not professional and keep pushing me to replace everything without checking my car. Rude behaviour and not recommended.

Quality of staffs service no where compare to perodua. Ya, perodua cheap cars and local made but the staffs are far more polite, helpful and welcoming. Shame on you Nissan Batu Caves

So far had good experience visiting this centre. All is good from the place to the staffs. The price charged also affordable. Recommended to all nissan user.

I bought Nissan almera 2016 and sent to this center every 10k mileage, recently my car have problem, after 2 to 3 hours driving under hot sun/traffic jam, I can feel the rpm unstable, next the aircon starting not cold and eventually the engine will off itself. I sent in my car they have changed cooling coil, flow sensor, aircon sensor but the problem unsolved. Changing each part cost me 1 to 3 days and today change the compressor still the same. Ding dong ding dong like no ending, very sad.

The service level has always been a great experience. From 4 years of my grand livina to 3 years of my Serena.

All my problem solved each time and i am very satisfied with their service.

Poor time management.always end up spending half a day yo one day eventhough i book early servicing time.

You guys need to have more fix line for customer to call in. I tried calling for continuously 100 calls, and yet i can't get to call you. Please do something on this.
