40I've keep on going rotate to different SC nearby in Klang Valley to get experience in terms of customer service and the car service itself incl.problem solving. I can say that compared to Setapak, Petaling Jaya, Kepong.this SC branch was an extraordinary. For now i rated as 5. Hopefully the future service standards will remain the same.
I have sent my car fews nissan service centre nearby to my home. Compare to others, here much better. Interm of service, counter, fixing the car problem that other SC cant fix it. But there are room to improve such the car wash, eventho its complimentary but seems the car not being wash as well as per picture. Always.
Kalau malas bekerja jangan datang kerja. I've been asking to change the lower arm parts few months back. When the time comes, the staff instruct me to call the parts office by myself. Hello! What I have to do with the parts? Your service center should assist me on this. Íf I have to do all the work by myself, what's the benefits of the service center? Every time datang sini pun, the staff not welcoming.

This company failed MISERABLY.
My first bad taste is with one of their disgusting SERVICE from their service centers. And NOW.

Car wiring aircond problem, stayed here for 3 days, after 3 days the problem could not be solved
Already 2023, sitting layout like 1900. Thinking of this is a service center waiting lounge or government hospital.
Serves hot drinks but no table to put. Need to hold or put on the floor. Put drinks on the floor? Omg!
If provide table, at least customer can have a proper place to work while waiting.
Car wash service WORST. Before and after wash no different. Like nobody check staff works.
Please NISSAN, Could you improve on this? Go have a look on other service center.
Boleh lah. Ada pro and con hantar sini. Pro, kereta akan cover bawah warranty. Con, memang mahal sikit la, dan diorang tak expert sangat dlm troubleshooting. Aircond system baik korang repair/diagnose kat specialist nissan yg byk kat luar sana tu.
Good and friendly customer service.have place for customer to wait.make appointment before sending your vehicle for inspection.
I like to share my experience, and very dispointed. The way tancong service my car. Not follow service book. My batteri car breakdown in the morning. No actiontaken to see tancong service book. I do not know what service tancong do and, no info what service your personal do the service. The last service should be major not normal. My engine timing also slow down and vibrate. No action, surpose to follow service book and last servey from your superior. Result (fail) to do good service.
Servis layan kepada pelanggan agak teruk, abg yg ddk kt kaunter servis yg pakai kaca mata harap pembaikai lah layanan anda kepada pelanggan, pelanggan dtng bkn mntk duit tetapi dtng nk servis dan memberi duit! Langsung tak membantu!
Good professional service and big and comfortable for customers waiting for their cars for service
Can't give overall view because I was there for a short time. From out side the building, it has a clean and organized environment.
I had a very bad experience with this service centre. The technicians are not experienced in anyways! They couldn't solve my car's break issues after few times of visits. Lots of excuses given to claim warranty (not sure why Nissan Malaysia gives warranty for new car purchase then).
Overall, highly disappointed and I will not recommend this service centre!

Good Big service center, but nissan still a nissan, not easy to claim warranty, SA always give a reason " kami check semua ok" hahahaha
Can't solve.even just small problem. I bought a new car less then 5000 kmh. The CLARION player ady hav problem. I just to service centre to disconnect the player ONLY. And they giving much much EXCUSE. AND ASK go to another branch to do it. ️

Was on a tight schedule. Requested to be done by 10.00 am. And to my surprise, my car was ready by 10.05 (after car wash). Kudos to the team, especially En. Mohd Aizat. Thank you so much.
Service consultant is good in attending customer i.e. Politely explain and repond to all queries. I shall give 6 star to the consultant attending to me.
Really disappointed with this service centre. I waited for 5 hrs for my car to be ready, although I just did a minor service. Been here since the first time I bought my car, but this is yet the worst. No refreshments and less engagement from the staff
