41 Rubbish service provided by Sales Executive Louis Liam, treated me like garbage! I went there to test drive Mercedes C-200, and he sat beside me. Was using his phone at the while. When I asked him to explain further on the car, he replied you came all the way to test drive without knowing the car? Poor service. He think he’s the living legend.
I tried being so polite with these people.
And he called me SIR, right after seeing my payslip. And the manager gave additional 20% discount for car purchase.
If you think you can’t treat customers the way they should be treated, then DO NOT WORK AS SALES EXECUTIVE!
Never get an answer on car status after sending in for more than 24 hours, whilst the technician promised to update on the same day and get everything done the next day maximum. Phoned them 3 times, wasted 10 minutes to no answer, reason being the person in charge is on a meeting which only found out on the third call. Inefficiency and lack of responsibility is the premium service customers are paying for Mercedes Benz.
As all the mercedes benz 3S locations.this one is a lil bigger than C&C PJ.hence more comfortable. So far all is good and nothing to complain.food n drinks aa usual with 4 massage chairs.very nice outdoor fountain area too.
Service progress is easy and systematic. More viewing area to watched cars being serviced would be better

Rubbish service advisor, treated me like garbage and never attend me well as a customer, even BMW, Perodua, Toyota and Honda service centre is better than Mercedes hap seng belakong! At least they never show me annoying face when I collect my car when I was late! I reach 5.50P. M.at hap seng belakong to collect my car, is my first time service here so I don't know how to act, there are nobody at front desk counter which can attend me, direct try to find my service advisor desk by myself, when encountered the service advisor Justin Looi Kah Yung, he give me a face like I shouldn't be here, no greet, no smile no anything, but instead just told me he is busy than quickly ask me to go do payment cause the payment counter are closing soon without telling me all the information I need like what service package I can take, what did I service and what did they repair, I was okay that time cause he is really seems like busy, what I'm not OK with is payment counter are not closing soon, they told me they can wait, and I dunno what I'm paying for exactly. After done the payment, I was like waiting like an idiot without anyone telling me what to do, waited for at least half and hours only Justin slowly walk in back, he didn't even attend me straight but instead I need to walk forward and ask what did they service to my car, Justin seems like trying to rid of me by simply answering most of my question. Lastly, when we end our conversation, I was even warn by him that "下次不要这么迟来 don't come so late next time".
Is this the experience I should get when after purchase and service in Mercedes?
Great service experience. Mahmud was my service advisor and things were done efficiently with minimal hassle. The driver who sent my car back to me was very professional and friendly. I opted to come here instead of Kinrara Service Centre due to previous poor experience.
A complete and superb ownership experience. The amenities and service is good. Attending staff very courteuos. They provide small selection of food and drinks, massage chairs, kids play room.
A great place to send your car for servicing. Great hospitality, free flow of F&B and plenty of massage chairs for your relaxation. Time flies when you practically enjoy your limited stay at this place.
Last warning, I already sent my car 3 times to Hap Seng Star, Puchong Kinrara, Malaysia to repair, but the noisy sound still appear when I driving especially go through the hump road.
And you know the car already have this problem when the first time I got this new car on Dec 2018. They just help me to changed the rubber on last few weeks but the problem still remain. I got a friend who work in car shop and told me mostly is the car chassis problem, if yes, please arrange time to change my car chassis and solve this problem within this month, if not I’ll hire a lawyer and follow up with this case. As a Mercedes owner and supporter, I really don’t want to process until this step, thanks.
