For a place pride itself with quality, they truly missed out on the minute details quality like coffee n cake served down to toilet tissue
Amazing service centre after the renovations. Every table comes with wireless chargers and normal plug and USB points to charge your devices. There's a decent selection of food, snacks and drinks (hot and cold), and even a "Zen room" with massage chairs. The service is excellent with very attentive staff who make things as smooth as possible for you. The added value from owning a Lexus is really exceptional.
Worst customer service ever. I called at least 10 times to check the progress of my car which is servicing, only two of those calls were answered and even in those calls they said that they will call me back which they dint. In the end I have to flip out at the receptionist just to get the info about the progress of my car. Only then I know that they took 2 whole weeks to finish something that could have been done in 2 days.
Clean and comfortable lounge for customers to listen to sales advisors sharing their knowledge. Professionalism is in their DNA.
Excellent waiting area serve with good beverage. Service advisor is professional and the service is good.
Need to call few times in order to communicate with operator to make service booking.
The service is not up to mark, I have to call them everyday for update if not never hear from them.

1. Called for more than 10 times not picking up call.
2. When appointment for service they'll book it for you immediately, but if the vehicle is having problem, they'll make it real hard for your to book an appointment.
3. Customer service deserve a ZERO Rated star review. Not even ONE STAR.

Good sales and after-sales service. Reliable cars suited to Malaysian hot and humid conditions, unlike some Euro brands. Probably priced too high, but blame our government and locals conditions for that lah, not just Lexus Malaysia. I don't really like the location of the showroom and the road connections and traffic going there.
They doing renovation at the Customer Service for customer new facilities, it will new look at Lexus Mutiara Damansara.
Had a bad and ridiculous experience with a sale girl. The sale girl who deals with us is so irresponsible and sucks in communicating. Because of her irresponsibility, our new RX becomes a THIRD-HAND car! We would like to keep an old car plate number so we sent our old car for a car test. But they still put the wrong car plate on the new RX, the old car plate is still remained on the old car! WHAT IS THE POINT WE DO CAR TESTTTTTTT! The sale girl didn’t take her responsibility for it and she blamed the runner.now still bargaining with Lexus for a compensation.
Impossible to set a service appointment. No one answers the phone or never return your calls. After sales service getting from bad to poor over the years. Cars are not properly inspected before returning to owners.
Ada tempat menunggu berhawa dingin, satu hari pun takpe, ada sedia mkn n minum percuma. Tak boringlah dgn tayangan movie dan bahan bacaan disediakan.
Can never get through their phone line for service. But no problem for sales. Go figure. Parts take 2 months to get for a brand new Lexus RX. This LEXUS centre needs to greatly improve. It is ironic that it's service standard is worse than the standard Toyota service centre.
Just bought the NX200t less than a month problem with air conditioning. Need to wait for the technical support from Hq.and they will set you a time is not u set them ur time.they do loan u a car Toyota camry.hahaha then don't buy lexus then buy Toyota service more standard at least they loan you the same car.
Service is poor. Try calling beforehand is almost impossible. And contact person is quite rude
For a Lexus brand, leaves much to be desired.

Service by their team is average. Slow and requires follow up on your part. They do wash your car after every service.
Repairs are extremely slow. That's before diagnostics that takes time and usually unrecorded
Takes them forever to pick up your phone. Besides that, great service, great free food, great people serving you. Spacious, high ceiling, comfortable place to get your car serviced.
Great service and there is good breakfast for customers who are servicing their cars early and their bar counter serves delicious coffee.
Took freaking too long to detect simplest faulty and keep delayed ordering part and charged super expensive. Shame on you
