Terrible service from them! The WORST! JUDGE A PERSON BY ITS COVER! Came to here yesterday to have a look on the new RX350, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your Lexus car showroom. Upon my visit, I found that there were no sales representatives (i believe ur sales person saw our arrival) available to serve and explain the features of the vehicles. This lack of attention made me feel ignored and insulted as a potential customer. It is essential for a premium brand like Lexus to uphold high standards of customer service. This lack of attention has left a negative impression on me, and I am now considering exploring other dealerships for my purchase. Definitely not this showroom!
Rubbish sales service, been in awhile and asking for info but getting the auntie sales answer you with an attitude.been driving lexus myself and it never let me down, but this really let me down lexus owner please reconsider your sales person as your 4s shop image!
Very good customer ownership experience, close to 3 years with the ux200. The car is basically bulletproof, zero downtime as Lexus tests all models on Malaysian roads before launch unlike the continentals - with the suv line up revamp complete - this is no longer the uncle’s car. No wheel bearing issue, no alarm indicators pop up suddenly, the engine is a dream - daily driver to work and back. Look forward to getting the NX. Service in showroom is serene and class above the rest.
Called for a lexus part to Lexus mutiara Damansara. I get a giggling telephone lady on the phone that says out of stock and not sure when new ones will arrive.
I asked if I can order it, no answer. She needs to ask HQ
Then I asked to be transferred to the parts department. She managed to do that only to have nobody to pick up the phone.

When I walked in to Lexus Malaysia, I was stunned, there was only a used NX200 showcase in the showroom. The worst part is there isn't anyone serving you. A couple in front of me drove in a BMW was served as a customer, but me was left unattended because I drove a Kia Forte. When I approached the sales lady, with a disrespectful manner l, she told me there is a customer (the BMW couple) is looking for the ES currently she just leave.
Potential customer out, please think twice before you really want to buy a brand new Lexus. Before buy, already show such attitude, what about service after sales?
Service used to be good but deteriorated recently to the point of ridiculousness. Staff is unwelcoming and service is extremely slow
I bought a ES250 Luxury just a week ago. The price was increased by RM7000 due to new design for the front part. However, Lexus cut down too many functions. The back seat sofa’s heat function is removed. I understand about these because I was informed before I paid for the car. But, one of it made me felt really frustrated. The CD player was removed from the car and I as a consumer did not get told about this from the salesman! I only realised it after few days I took the car. I went for the test drive before and I know that old models do have the CD player. I should have get informed about this right? I think this is a scam and I need Lexus Malaysia to give me an explanation.
1. Very poor customer service or down to drain after taking over from UMW. Whatsapp no answer and landline no operator pickup as well (literally forever). Im so regret owning 2nd Lexus since 2014 so this is probably the last time I would buy this brand.
2. Used almost 3months to claim oil leaking and suspension issues.
Think twice before you buy Lexus. Benz is a better choice perhaps or at least they answer my call everytime during working hour!
Counter customer service is not help Anything sit and play phone. But sales man is helpful But need to find yourself.
I send my LS 2nd time on 15th August 2020 for the same complain on suspension noise took me 10 working days. Nothing been done until today 26th August 2022.

Doesn't reply to inquiry submitted from their website portal, Facebook message or pick up calls even after days. Doesn't feel the "premium" services from it. Hope it improves this area.
Reception and Lounge still well maintained.
The luxury auto water cabinet, ain't functioning, possibly due to AA battery not replaced.

My appointment set through its WhatsApp which was easy and friendly to use. The service crew attended to me soon after I sat down in its comfy lounge area. I was the first customer and despite its operating hours not yet started, he attended to my needs. Lexus Malaysia - Mutiara Damansara branch also serve good breakfast - Nasi Lemak & Mee Siam. The team pays details on the food quality and presentation.
The regular service took about 3 hours and reasonably priced. The service crew was also attentive to provide what may need to add on to the service list in my next appointment.
Well done, Lexus Malaysia team!
Called many times. Nobody seems to answer calls & cannot even leave message. Wanted to send car to service. REALLY BAD SERVICE
Feel very safe with isolation table, all table equip with wireless charging and individual power plug, good job Lexus mutiara damansara
First experience not commendable. My car was not washed properly after service os complete. This shows the customer rep didnt chexk the car conditoon properly prior handing over the car to client.
