275bulan lepas major service, tapi bila check air bateri xtopup dan dalam resit tulis free cuci kereta, bila ambil kereta tak cuci pon.teruk! Dah lah mahal habis 500 lebih tp mcm tak service
I went for the inspection here for first 1000km. After they do their job, my car aircond got an unpleasant smell. After told them my problem, they kept saying that this is due to my air car freshener. WTH!?
Was desperate to go to the nearest service centre because of the transmission problem. Bad customer service. Sulky face in the morning. Appointment was at 830am but up to an hour still not our turn yet. Went to SC Ampang last week for checking, its free. But here, it's Rm65. We asked why and they said because only service with Perodua once. What? Still Ampang didn't charged us. It's a stressful morning. If you're not that desperate, do not come here.
This is the nearest perodua service from my work place. Rather than Selaman, Bangi (used to go here and their price is cheaper). But this place more expensive than the other service centre. Even windshield washer was charged (refill my wiper punya air) If you guys think to come here. Check their price first. And do not change unnecessary thing (eventho they said you have to)
Appointment on 8.30 Am. Arrive at 8 AM but shop not open yet. When to have some breakfast nearby. Delay in restaurant delivering food. Call me at 8.35 when I was rushing and scold me like a child. I'm your customer damnit. Hangup on that call. Arrived at 8.40 AM and have to face your staff sulking face. I never late but this one time really makes me ban this branch.
Putrajaya Service centee never do this to me.
There are free coffee amd water here, wifi, TV are available. Kid's play area are provided, although nothing fancy. There are toilets too.
Myvi under warranty with squeaky seats. Took it into this service branch (with no booking) and they identified the issue for us. Ordered the parts. Phoned us a week later when the parts arrived. We were booked into get it fixed at 10am. We were early so they took the car and started it early and had the job completed faster than quoted. Problem solved. Seats are no longer squeaking. Thank you very much for the top quality and professional service we received. We will return.
