(Kajang Perodua Authorized Service Dealer) Kean Tat Car Services Sdn Bhd

Went for the first 1,000km service. My head unit got USB port issue, they detached it and send for warranty. Waited for 5 weeks to get it back.

Honestly, This center won't deserve a star at all. There are some suspicious charges.expensive, extra +RM200 compared to the service center I went to before. Surprisingly, I've never seen nanomist, windows coating is in the quotation.u guys are a service center not a carwash shop! Dh asked to get rid of the mess in the quotation like the one above, but it's still more expensive than usual.there are miscellaneous parts charges etc etc. I would not return back to get service from here, rather go to another service center even if I stay nearby Jalan Reko. Tq

This is the nearest perodua service from my work place. Rather than Selaman, Bangi (used to go here and their price is cheaper). But this place more expensive than the other service centre. If you guys think to come here. Check their price first. And do not change unnecessary thing (eventho they said you have to)

Servis kereta 20,000km ambil masa 3.5 jam. Datang hari Sabtu, pukul 11: 30 am, siap kereta pukul 3: 00pm. Harga ~rm400.

Lepas siap terus bayar blah, dia takde minta mekanik explain satu2 dengan detail kat mana tukar, condition sebelum tukar, etc. Waktu saya pergi servis 10,000km kat Cekap Platinum perodua, dia minta mekanik explain satu2 dengan detail condition kereta.

Sini agak lama lah masa menunggu, nak bayar pun ambil masa lama juga. Tapi lama lagi tunggu oder foodpanda sampai. Oder md dari jam 2.30 masuk services center. Siap services pkl 4.16 baru oder sampai. Hahahaha. Lain sangat membantu. Andaiada bunyi apa-apa pada ruangan engine boleh maklum pada satf dia dan mereka akan cari apa masalah. Dan akan bagi penyelesaian. Cuma yang lemah barang tak ada. Kena tunggu seminggu barang sampai. Tu je lah. Pekerja dia nama prasat tu bagus.

Pusat servis perodua yg cantik, kemas. Staff juga ramah, banyak membantu memberi nasihat. Harga servis yg masih berpatutan.tq!

So far dh bnyak kali dtg servis di sini. Tempat selesa.kerusi untuk tunggu semua ada penjarakan. N Ada surau dan tandas di tingkat atas. Wifi juha disediakan.

Nak dtg sini, better buat appointment dulu.

For basics service! I said ok for that
but more then 2hours still haven’t done yet! And the staff said everyone’s go for lunch! So i have to wait until thy come! WTH i need to wait here so long and i do mention that i have another appointment? The staff really no respect and have attitude problems! I no recommend this service centre.produa service at Bangi way better!

Dulu pernah service kereta dekat sini masa under waranty (7years ago). Service tak okay, staf sombong, mahal, suggest customer untuk tukar part yang masih okay.bila kita tak nk dia buat muka masam.staf perempuan.but sokay now i buy the new perodua car and for this month have an appoinment for 1000k inspection but nevermind i will go to others perodua sc.bye bye

Excellent customer service, mechanics are patient with customers feedback. Ms Kartini is the best good job.

Recommended. Have to book early. Can book via Ufirst app or call their centre. Cozy waiting area and they follow SOP to avoid Covid19.

Poor time management. Appointment at 11 but my turn came at 12.
Rude towards customer as well. Check your staff ‘Kartini’.
Better go perodua service at seksyen 10 cheaper and customer friendly

Caj mahal dari pusat servis lain. Masa hantar kereta tak ada leaking.tp time servis tetiba mekanik cakap ada leaking. Sangat tak berbaloi dan mencurigakan.

Best shop to send your Perodua car maintenance service. Weekly open from 9 to 5pm includes Saturday

The place needs better order management. The communication at the enquiry counter is not very clear and they make you wait for hell lot of time. Overall the venue needs better organisation and rules.

Average standard service but staff keep on requesting to change parts eventhough its not really 70% worn out yet

Service ok but sales rep keeps on suggesting parts to be change eventhough certain parts lifespan can still function well.

Harga service sebenarnya atas kita, kita boleh kate x nk service bnde tu, kekadang ade bnde yg x perlu service saya ckp buang dari quatation. Cume satu je la kita datang awal gile, tp orang yg dtg lmbt dari kite siap dulu, x fair sgt la, cume kean tat perlu perbaiki sistem giliran, yg mn datang ikut giliran, siap kereta pon ikut giliran. Ok

Extremely bad service. The front office/ receptionist.
The car already serviced but I need to wait 45 minutes for the receptionist to key in to the system and to pay.crazy.not valuing customers' time

Please avoid this service centre.

Ini kedai paling banyak kelentong. Part yang under 5 year warranty. Dikatanya cuma cover 3 tahun. Lalu kena chage. Orang lain harap jaga2 dengan kedai penipu ni. Dia punya taktik, mesti mau cukupkan rm600 kalau tukar parts.
