I have been to German Motors, located in section 13 in PJ, on two previous ocassions for my motoring needs other than scheduled maintenance, not fulfilled by my cars' authorised centres as my cars are currently under warranty. Being that neither BMW, Audi nor VW sell or promote auxillary service products like "injector cleaning solutions" to their customers beyond the scheduled maintenance work, I have to find my way to this Liqui Moly authorised dealer in section 13 to get a 300ml can of the Made in Germany, "injector cleaner" (RM52/can for 70 litres of petrol treatment) in addition to Dynotab's tablet version (RM19.90 per pack of 2 tabs). I was pleasantly surprised to see the highly organised and tidy workshop environment at German Motors as the founder is a German. Folks here, including the service manager, Mr. Daryl Seow is ever friendly and ready to assist. The only downside is that due to the limitation of available space, you may not be able to find a place to park on arrival. Hope they address the space issue and that they are able keep up their good work although I have yet to send my car over here once, for service visit. As for the Dynotab, I am pleased with its performance outcome but this marked the first time ever for my use of Liqui Moly's injector cleaner. But for those with post-warranty service and repair needs, this may be an alternative to the authorised service centres worth checking out. It is open from 9am to 5.30pm daily except on Sundays and on public holidays. Rating: 4/5 for readiness to serve and friendliness as well as for the highly organised workshop environment.

First time visit today, got ignored at reception. Maybe we did not look rich enough. Luckily Mr Lee Li Jing came to our rescue.

Clean & Tidy workshop, well Trained Technicians, polite front office staff, always very Helpful.

Very professorial mechanic headed by 2 foreign mechanics that make sure QC of a German car is next to nothing. Able to handle complex problems that other authorised centres cannot. Price is a bit steep with workmanship charged hourly. Waiting room comfort is 5 stars with wifi, snack and beverages with a mini theatre to watch while you wait.

U have problems with ur Merc just send them here. Honest n expert advice. They will not ask u to do more than what's necessary.thumbs up.

Very professional and highly experienced people who are also nice and helpful, I would not hesitate to use them again.
