57Extremely disappointed and appalled at the service provided by Cycle and Carriage Mutiara Damansara. Dropped my Mercedes GLA45 AMG off for service on Thursday and was informed by the Service Consultant that the car will be available the next day before lunch. He said he would call me back the next day before lunch to confirm that the car would be ready for pick-up. Waited till lunch and no call. On top of that, I called 4 times and was passed around different departments with the same answer, "Our consultant will call you shortly". Extremely frustrating as in the end, nobody bothered to call me back and now I wont be able to use the car this weekend including the Thaipusam holiday. I cant believe this is the type of service provided by a self-promoting "Luxurious Brand" when the service and communication I get when sending my Perodua Myvi is 10 times better and more efficient. On top of this, my brother's Mercedes A200, had issues which took my father having to make a scene at the service center in order to resolve. IF AFTER SALES SERVICE, is a concern for anyone considering to get a Mercedes from Cycle and Carriage, I strongly urge you to reconsider.
If I could give it a negative star I would. Not even worth zero star.
I dont usually take the trouble to do a review if I got nothing nice to say. I have been a C&C Mutiara Dsara customer for the past 3 years and I have never had a single good experience. Every single experience was nothing but frustration and agony.
Today Amy said she will call back to advise the earliest date I could sent in my car for them to fix several issues without having to leave my car overnight. She never called back.
Well Amy, if you need more time to find me a good date, then a curtesy call to let me know you needed more time would have been nice rather than letting me wait on baited breath for your call Amy.
In my last service there several months ago, I only needed a routine service but no, they “advised” that I should service my aircon and changed my wipers. Given that they are experts, I agreed despite the higher cost involved.
However, my car came back worse off with my aircon blowers noticebly weaker and my wipers squeeks and shutters when raining. And furthermore, I lost a pair of my Nike sandals that I usually store beneath driver seat. Its not big money but its my personal belonging that I should not be inconvenience of having to file and complain or get myself another pair.
All these are unacceptable level of customer care and service level. In view of my busy work, I never found the time to lodge a complain until a few days ago when I had no choice but to head to C&C due to engine light warning. That leads me to my conversation with Amy today which left me with more frustration.
I think Mercedes Malaysia should seriously conduct an complete audit of C&C’s capability. These people are not doing justice to Mercedes brand. Perhaps I should go to HapSeng the next time. Maybe they can do a better job in giving a better customer experience.
Today trying to call the service centre and can’t get to them. Have been trying for an hour. When you get through wanted to speak to the person who was in charge of my service car previously, the caller say he is servicing a customer, so left my number to get him to call back but still never call back after even an hour!
I always like this branch here coz they provide very friendly service oriented and I got the best customer care for my car. Staff are great and car service is 110% satisfaction.
Pretty decent service. Food sucks though, the Batu Caves outlet has way better food. Just dont look at the bill & dont ask how much it is:)
The staff were friendly but my experience on 1st service of my car was unpleasant.
I have made booking for 8.00 a.m. And arrived on time but not being served until 8.45 a.m after I approached to the service advisor twice. 4 customers came around 8.30 a.m. Who made booking for 8.00 a.m. All being served within 10 minuets.
I am interested to know is there a systemic problem to the service center or I am just an unlucky one.
Staff are great. They answered all my queries and fixed my passenger seat free of charge. Service was quick and there are seating areas as well as refreshments to make your visit comfortable.
Went there with my father with a wheelchair 3 times. Nobody helped us not even once. No ramp provided.
Terrible service and beware of the staffs, I left my spectacle in my car while they’re servicing. My spectacle got stolen by their workers, and they didn’t put effort to find out my stuff. Thank for attentions.

Solid SAs over here. Approached by consultants despite being already attended by sales person who was just getting keys to the car.
