Had my service for the first time at this branch (previously done at Glenmarie branch for few rounds).

Nik (driver) and Hazmy (consultant) were very helpful and professional. I was very pleased with their service.

Their service is so much better than that of Glenmarie, hopefully C&C could improve the service at Glenmarie.

Good job again to Nik and Hazmy.

Chua has been very helpful in helping me sort things out and had the car delivered to me when I couldn’t have it picked up and Nik the driver brought the car over and was very helpful in helping me sort out my payment quickly.

Very reliable and fast efficient services by Jimin, where he explained what needed to be replaced and how to maintain the car for better performance.
Apart from Jimin, I'm also very satisfied with Danish who manages the time keeping efficiently with a smile. Great experiences dealing with these two gentlemen. 28/10/2022

GOOD product but sadly poor after sales & service from this outlet. My last two servicing with this outlet have/had issues! If C&C are serious about their brand name, the management should look into this outlet's going-ons.

It's been over 7 mths since paid for deposit & ask for refund for deposit due to unsuccessful transaction! My boss call the salesman (Peter) no pick up phone & no reply! I send email always delay delay & delay until July 2019, Peter has reply my email saying that can collect cheque & last week i had send my dispatch to collect cheque, but you told that cheque is no ready yet! Are you kidding me? Or your company is lying company?

Expectations were high but the effectiveness and efficiency level was certainly way behind the service level of Hap Seng Star.

Firstly, the greeting section was a little accommodating but mostly reacted to customers with a forced smile that didn't come from the heart. And most times, they look as if they weren't sure of the SOP and TOR.

Secondly, after the encounter at the reception, the service technician only brief the client what and how the job will be undertaken. At Hap Seng, the client needed to accompany the service technician to inspect and verify the condition of the vehicle

Car not washed although invoice stated that auto body was complimentary. Interiors.were totally untouched tho.

Other aspects will be shared later.

Arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment, the young male service reception uninterestingly accused me arrive too early and need to wait. Waited for 35 minutes after appointment time for service supervisor to turn up. Poor attitude of this ervice reception.
Told by service supervisor car will be sent for wash and can be collected half an hour later. Arrived 45 minutes later, waited and waited, it took more than an hour to pay and finally my car showed up without wash at all.

Waited more than half an hour and left unattended to collect my car from regular service after their consult called and informed my car is ready for collect. Will never consider to purchase another car from this outlet. There’s a reason that your review is dropping rapidly in the past 6 months. Stay away from this branch if you are opting for quality customer service.

Service advisor suggested to change brake pads for my GLC (one pair for RM2800), i found it too expensive so went outside for second opinion. They said my brake pads were only 50% used and not needed to change! Aside from this issue, this dealership charges about 30-40% more for the run flat tyre compared to their glenmarie branch. Be careful when servicing there

Tried to call for the price and availability of a spare part. Was cut off 3 times by the phones system after being transferred to the spare part department. Finally got someone on the line who was more concerned about verifying my car plate number than anything else and eventually wasn't able to do anything but to offer a call back. Still waiting. Probably have to order an E-class front light cover directly from Germany myself as Cycle & Carriage seems to overwhelmed by this task. Not the first time I have been disappointed there.

The sales person had very little knowledge about the unit we were interested in buying. He did know know what some of the functions were and was misinformed about other functions as well. I think he no longer works at this store. Also the entire purchase process was very problematic, as the documentation work was cumbersome. When we took the car for its first service, the service rep, was more interested in selling me additional services rather than focusing of the service itself.
For a prestigious car such as a Mercedes, the staff does not do the brand any good.
