Just wanted to share the excellent service provided by Nantha Kumar. He has been my regular Service Advisor who attends to me whenever I bring my car in. Always smiling and willing to serve. Top notch service. Not forgetting Sharizam who personally looks into all the issues I raise with my car and goes all out to ensure that I am a happy customer.
Was actually outstation (Taiping) when my car overheated. Contacted Mr. Nandha from C&C Glenmarie, who got Mr Rajan to call me almost immediately to advice me on the next course of action. Wanted to take the risk and drive the car back on my own by doing frequent stop-overs, but was advised by Mr. Rajan not to do so, and that he would arrange for a tow to Ipoh. But after some discussion, he actually made arrangements for my car to be towed directly to C&C Glenmarie. Perfect!
Car was towed over that night itself and subsequently attended by Mr. Nandha, who kept me posted on the issues with my car. After 5 days, car was ready and he got it delivered to my place in Kota Kemuning.
Very good service and response from the team, especially when I was outstation. Kudos to Mr Nandha and Mr Rajan, and thank you so much!

The service here has constantly failed in delivering. My car has been with them for more than a week with vague explanations, and after a previous servicing session two weeks ago. They’ve urged me to buy warranty, only for them to tell me that my affected car component is not covered by the warranty, even though it’s a crucial part that will affect the performance of the car brake. I’m disappointed in their lack of accountability and transparency and hope that they can improve their service quality.

If you ever visit here and want to buy new car. Find the sales guy by the names Greg. He's a good man, friendly, knows the product really well. The food and service here is the best.
I have been to this place for quiet sometimes and the service was good. The staffs are friendly and attend us quickly when we arrived. So, I will come again for next service.

Very bad experience today. I was asked to collect the car after service before 5pm but I was unattended for more than 45 minutes without informing what happened. Further recommended unnecessary service items which may not affect the warranty claim. This is my second free service but it seems they tried to squeeze some from the free service which not really necessary. Totally change my perception of Mercedes.
Hopeless, technician is stupid, inexperience, car with 2000km cannot claim warranty. Told that Mercedes Malaysian don't agreed on the defect item. Don't buy Benz

Not as blingy as the Petaling Jaya showroom, but this service centre doesn't lack the classiness that comes with bring associated with Mercedes-Benz
Terrible service for reparation. Kept the car 3 weeks when they previously advised they would need 1 week to complete the job. No offer of commercial gesture or compensation for this unreasonable delay. And finally when i come to pick up the car, after having been notified car was ready for collection, im eventually informed that its not ready and i need to come again to install film on the wind shield.
Terrible service and one of the worse. Waited for more than an hour today yet no one attend to you. Oh sorry, he has just gone out for lunch!

The initial call gave me a confidence to sent my car over. The Assistant Manager Mr Syahrizal very well mannered and able to resolve the matter that i was facing and I made it very clear with him that i will not leave my car behind and he managed it well. Thank you very much for your sincere assistance compare the the rest. The earlier consultant was kind of taking me off the road with his story.
Compare to my recent visit on January, there was a slight improvement in the service done on 16th March 2018. Thank you.
