A few weeks ago, I was in C&C for tyre replacement, I forgot my charger and approached the Reception counter for assistance. Fatin kindly assisted to charge my phone.

Last week, was in C&C for a major service (120kmilage). Vehicle was in overnight and Danny ensured on the needful on all areas as usual. Before leaving, Fatin had approached me and handed over a portable charger as a gift and appreciation. Attentive in understanding a customers needs and exceeding expectation to serving my needs at ease is my experience. These little gestures speaks volumes. Outstanding! I am extremely happy with c&C Glenmarrie service attended by mr Siva.
I had an accident and not sure on what was the next thing to do, luckily thanks to Mr Siva who was introduced by my Fren to handle the situation when I was in dilemma. He was very experience and knowledgeable to advice me on how to handle the situation and I was very impress. It has ease and lessen my burden. The service by Mr Muhammad Ali & Mr Ajwad was excellent. I requested for pickup service from home to the service centre. This was well coordinated. I was promptly notified of who will be the person in charge and the whole progress in advance. Arrival of Mr Muhammad Ali was on time and things like basic inspection (front mirror & etc) were performed as per their guidelines before handover the key. Mr Ajwad made an excellent arrangement amongst his team in getting my car knspected and to find its root cause. Overall, in terms of customer service satisfaction & aftersales service, my best experience goes to this team of Cycle & Carriages leading their way against other makers in Malaysia. Car service process was smooth, I arranged a pick up and Mr Ali arrived on time called before arrival and he was very polite and organised.
As for my consultant Mr Fadzil he was very good in his explanation and kept me updated.

Excellant service by both En. Ali (driver) & En. Fadzil (service consultant). The car pickup was quick to collect from my house & quite fast to return. Payment by using the portable credit card device was surprisingly quick.
Explanation on required parts & invoice by En. Fadzil was excellant & easy to understand.

Very helpful team given the prompt assistance during my car breakdown. Very thankful to Eugene for handling my case. Big TQ for Mr Lufti, the breakdown team who pickup my call and guided me until my car was safety delivered to workshop at night. Muhammad Ali drove my car to me at 18/08 even after working hours, Very polite, very gentleman, very detailed sanitized and clean up and my car and reach on time upon my request, very professional services given, wrapped the seats and steering with plastic, and followed all the SOP. It is a very good services given by him and im truly satisfied with the services given.

As per for Eugene, he always replied my message on time for my car when my car having problems, and assist me a lot in problem i facing, helped me to solved alot of problem and keep remind me if i forget to service my car, checked every details problem and clear up the issues, with professional judgement.

Ajwad who take my car at morning, a big appreciate for him also as he waited me for long time, even find me at my working office to remind me to pick up my car, very patient, nice and kind human being.
