Chan Auto did not replace the car parts as approved by the insurance company. They just repair only, not replace. But claim full amount to the insurance company. My Dashcam was missing too. This is very bad. Please avoid this workshop. Don't talk about the 6 months warranty when in fact you never change the parts at all.

The front end service is very lousy, follow up is more worst. Until i get into Perodua, my problem only solve. Attitude from the Malay SA is very bad, talking like gangster, no manners. Even told customer want just take car or else just leave. Not recommended to go here.

Quality of body work are excellent. The staffs in CHAN Auto also very helpful. Insurance claim approval process super fast.

Hantar kereta jaga jaga lah. Pendrive pun nak rembat aku tak tau nak cakap apa lah. Dengan pencil case pun kau duk punggah. Tempat cd semua terbukak. Bekas file kat belakang seat pun kau duk kacau. Segala benda yang berzip semua kau bukak. Dah tau bukak, kau zip lah balik bodo. Bersepah segala benda. Paling penting pendrive aku tu.tak expect pulak benda macam tu kau nak rembat.

Sent my car here but the process took too long (3months). On top of the bad service, they managed to empty out my coins which is about rm30 in total and they also took my perodua gps card. Totally would not recommend as the staffs there are not trustworthy. One of the mechanics was fiddling with my sidemirror and is now malfunctioning. Never ever try to send your car here.

A bunch of Lintah

Simply wanna buy 1 front bunper sensors, but sell me 2 instead saying that they only come in pair

Upon finishing my bumper repair work, realized that the sensors that they sell to me are actually for rear bumpers
These lintah refused to refund because I have already painted the sensors and blame me for not knowing which sensors to buy

AVOID AT ALL COST

Perodua - please remove this service centre from your authorized service centre list before these Lintah ruin your good image

I dropped my car for repair in this shop a month ago but still not ready to collect.
Although the explanation for claim process was quite well the repair process taking longer than usual. I really would love to talk the owner directly if possible.
Dear owner.pls kindly provide your contact so that I can share my experiences with your body and paint service.
I m really tired of talking front-desk staff and feeling frustrated.

Very bad. Car just got back from the service centre, broke down after 2 weeks. Car was repaired due to accident. Front light wasn't broken at all, they replaced. The bumper replaced is from another salvaged vehicles. Extremely bad workmanship. Don't come to this service center. Lesson learnt the hard way.

Bodyworks & Paints ok tapi yang tak ok kemek dekat condenser dibiarkan tanpa tukar sehingga gas habis. Terpaksa datang semula untuk penukaran condenser. Customer perlu check dalam senarai barang2 yang ditukar oleh bengkel sebab kes saya condenser tidak ditukar walaupun mereka claim pada syarikat insurans.

The front end service r very lousy, every time i called to check status, the staff will provide diffenr stories, every time promise will ask boss or manager to call me back, but in the next day I called back and give me different story. Last week i called and asked, I hv been told that my wife's car already done everyt and now jz wait for qc, told me same on Tuesday but now said no yet install the part. Some more your staff suddenly end my call and i cant call back!

Please beware, if you left your car at this workshop make sure everything you care they will steal it. Syiling pn abis dia kebas.cheap trochlight also they will steal it. They are not honest and also verg bad service.

The workshop staff are much more helpful than the front end service. Shockingly bad.
Workmanship is not to bad. If your car is there, you need to check on it yourself to know exact status.
