Attendance kat counter kak siti, friendly.
Hantar kereta claim insurance, kereta yg xde calar, hantar kat sini adui banyak calar.teruk staff yg handle kereta saya.now I kena keluar kan duit sendiri.

Poor services. All stuff seems like very new, some are respectful but some like they are the boss, do things very slow. Even blame to the insurance for delay and causes the car reparation slow. During the reparation, I need to call them almost two days once to check the updates with them (most probably will be no one pick up), sometimes they don't even know, and ask the car foreman came to the reception area for explanation about the car reparation.

I sent the car at 27 JAN 2023 and collected it about 2 days ago only, it took 2 and the 1/2 months to complete the reparation.

First day I sent it, I submitted everything together with the accident photo and the police report to them. Then they mentioned they will submit up to the insurance. Within the two weeks, we always call them for latest update, but they keep saying that the insurance no answer for it. So do you expect a customer to chase the insurance by ourselves? Yes, we couldn't wait for their movement, we contact insurance by ourselves. Who knows, insurance mentioned that they didn't receive any car accident photos but only the police report, so they can't approve for the claim. At the moment, really, what are you guys doing? Still mentioned insurance ask you guys to send the photos after 15 days, what a nonsense, who wants to do double job? Okay nvm, we call back this car centre, then they only realise they didn't send the photos. After 2 weeks only realised, so pro

We thought that since insurance approved, then it will be repair very fast, since it is a perodua shop and my car was a extreme myvi. Keep dragging for around 2 weeks, excuses like no specs for our car and because others car insurance approve ahead me, so need to do theirs first and bla bla bla. Hello, am I the one keep dragging the documents that I need to submit, why is it like my fault ah? Can't understand what are the reception thinking.

Okay around after one and the half months, stg happenned again! My father went to see the car, and notice the car is parked outside, shows like 'ready to be collect'. And you know what, My car was accident for front and the back, they only fix the back half and some extreme original accessories was missing, front part not fixing at all. When we ask them, guess what they say? They said insurance only approved to pay for the back, the front part didn't approve. As you are the car owner, anger must be raised. We contacted the insurance directly, as they mentioned the police report was not clear enough, so they said only can do back part. Huh, why the car factory didn't inform us ahead and always ask us to wait wait wait and come out with this kind of stuff, even the myvi extreme, they also didn't know what are the different with the normal myvi, still need us to search the photo, point out and show them. Really ah, lack of knowledge, don't tell me you don't know, many car brand or what, you are operating a perodua factory, you must have basic knowledge about it, not customer teaching you how to do.

Overall I did get back a repaired car, but unsatisfied. Experience is terrible and even worst. Even the interior of the car is damn dirty, a lot of footstep on the car seats and the belt as well. My car' s body colour also became lighter after staying under the sun for so long. Even that day, before I collect the car, I did check the water level, but just yesterday, don't know what happened the water suddenly boiled, and all the water leaking out like how we opening a tap. This issue, I can't 100 % blame this car factory seems I have no proof about it, because today it backs to working, but don't know when it will happen again!

You may ask me why I don't send back the car for service, sorry, no more attending there. Too worst

Hi all, If you ever think of sending your car here, don’t think twice, please do so immediately. Amazing and magnificent work.first of all, they‘ll make your car from glossy to matte. Secondly, if your car has wisers, they’re gonna polish them for you. Thirdly, they will leave their cloths and some screws in your car as souvenirs. Despite receiving a new seat, the seat was found to be damaged upon collecting the car. And lastly you’ll get scratches all over your car as their appreciation of you trusting your car in their hands. For the duration they kept my car for, I expected a better quality job. They had ruined my car more than the damaged caused by the accident that put my car there in the first place.

Mula² call org yg angkat tu kemain tkleh layan pnjg, bnyk benda nk tnye tk dpt, perangai sama smpai la hri yg kereta dh siap, cuma tk dpt nk amik lg

Hrini baru amik kereta, proses berjalan lancar alhamdulillah, staff yg call suruh amik tu pun bagus boleh explain semua yg saya tanya, padahal 3 kali saya call, dia sabar je angkat semua call & jawab semua soalan

Nmpk mungkin 2 staff yg berbeza, sorang terlatih dlm customer service manakala sorang lg agak kurang, jd yg terlatih boleh la bg tunjuk ajar skit kt yg kurang tu ye

Best workshop in town for Perodua only tht some important process is tad too slow n need to be pushed out always. If not ur car que is nowhere to go. Please improved on tht guys.

Very disappointed with their service. My Axia car got into an accident on November 24,2021. The accident was a minor accident only and I got my car back in the mid of Feb 2022. Since this workshop is situated in the flood area, my car was filled with water. I'm not sure how many days. The day I collected my car, the interior (on the seats, dashboard and doors) was filled with mud and the smell was awful and gross. My things and floor mats were missing as well. The next day, the car couldn't move. I contacted the mechanic to repair my car since the car was in flood water for a few days. I spent around Rm800 repairing my Axia car. When I contacted this service centre, they told me to bring the car to them. Since the car couldn't even move and remained stationary, how do I travel 30 minutes away with my car? The cost couldn't be claimed from the insurance.

Just 2 weeks back, I had to send my car for Inspection. I sent my car on 4/4/2022 and just got my car today back (15/4). When I received the car, the tint from the mirrors were all removed and it seems like cats scratched the tint off the mirrors. Although they informed me that they might remove the tints, I had the perception that they will install it back. But they did not do it. When I approached them, they said it's not our responsibility. So irresponsible. Now I need to spend more money to fix my car tint.

Just for a minor accident, I have an extra cost to bear which does not include the insurance.

So, if you want to get your car fixed, never ever ever go this place. This is the worst place to get your car fixed. You will have to pay extra cost instead.

Seriously waste of my money.simply change original spare parts to their old spare parts. When I ask them with my proves simply give reasons I can’t see your clear picture. WTH? You kidding me? I pay you laaa and ask me to meet boss, meet his assistant, talk to customer service and blaa2. Don’t treat us like your house maids

Their body paint service are no joking super GOOD and my car was badly damaged to the accident due i Hit the big tree. After its was repair my car its look as good and no one even notice its was accident before. GOod service!

If not for the warranty of my car, i will not suggests you all to there, follow the comments at below almost every car facing missing item. Pls be remind that if your car have some spare coin pls take away before pass the car to workshop, remind to take photo of proof when passing car into workshop. Including your (car antenna, car cam, and tools) if missing in the workshop their will not responsibility for any car missing item. The worker will only say them dnt know about it. Then them can't do anything about it. Pls be informed

Same experience with most ppl here.lost some personal belongings in the car (whole stack of coins, dashcam memory card, pendrive). Security not really tight, customer can roam freely in the repair area by themself.some personal belongings were being kept in office but no proper tagging belong to which car.i was being asked to check myself if the pendrive belongs to me, if yes just take.i believe thats how they might have lost my pendrive to other customers.last word, if u get to know ur car will be tow into this center after midnight accident, pls clear wateva items in the car during the midnight.dont wait till next morning.thats wat i did n end up with all the missing item

What i read in review is not the true, some customer is misunderstood. Sometimes the problems is not from dealer, is from the person who tow your vehicle.

Seems like there’s a lot of review on missing items in car. I straight away came back to the workshop to clear everything. Staff that engaged me was friendly.

However, information flow is very sluggish. When customer calls asking for repair update, the front desk staff needs to go into the workshop, find the person repairing the car, and ask. That’s if the repairer is around. Often times when called they’re out. Common excuse: very busy, lots of cars. Well that means business is doing good right? Invest more in better information management for customer update.

A very slow services.and the information during the enquiry about my car keeps on changing depending how who pick up my call. First i call say my car will have to wait for qc check. And i call for the second day, say my car need to change bearing etc although the first time i call they say the things that they broken was already been change. And it keeps on changing say my car was at this facility etc. This is my third time need yo wait for qc check. I am very dissapointed with the service.

Car repairing service is okay.but the services from the officer super poor. My car should claim 3rd party insurance. But then the documents delay & delay didn't submit to the 3rd party insurance few months. And they didnt mention to me even i had called them ask if any pending matter can call me to settle, but nearly 1 yr they also didnt give me call. When i thought everythings done well & need proceed renewal insurance only found out they still got pending issue. Then ask pending what docs & try to get it done, they mention one doc by one doc.means tell doc A dun hv then after i get doc A, again tell me doc B also dun hv. BAD BAD BAD services.
