Sent my car for warranty claim due bumper respray, but instead they redo the whole car foc, which i never expected. Im so happy with their service.awesome n friendly customer service. Worth the investment.highly recommend!

Their service was excellent, from making reservation till the end process. After leaving my car, they will send photos to update the process and show photos of the b4 & after photos. Clearly there's lots of differences after the coating process compare to before. Extremely satisfied with the outcome. They even offer some complimentary after service in case of accident that further assure me to proceed with them

From the second I walked through the door until I picked up my motorcycle, the level of service was exceptional. Andrew was attentive and patient while helping me understand all that was on offer.

The end-result was up to expectations. I was kept updated throughout the process via text and pictures on WhatsApp.

Did my car at Ceramic Pro Setia Alam, with the help of Mr Lucas whom was great and awesome. Took the platinum package 3 in 1.supposely needing 2 days to complete, however as was in a rush and needing the car, Mr Lucas was very helpful and accomadative to get my car done in 1 day, willing to come on Christmas Day (public holiday) to deliver the car when they are closed. Updated me with pictures through out the process of tinting, coating. Great service without said. Car of course looks great. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you Mr Lucas! - very details on explaining all the features for the ceramic pro and way to prevent and do and don’ts by Mr Ben.

- update every progress by Mr Andrew and point out the minimal scratches by stone chip and scratches on the plastic interior.

- high gloss shine after apply ceramic pro and good protection on the complimentary magnus pro on the headlight, door handle and side mirror panel.

If I could give a 10 star I would. Extremely good service. From start till finish. Very helpful staff. Explanation from every step of the way till the car is ready. Always with a smile on their face. Quality of their product is just awesome. Great work by their team

My experience with Ceramic Pro is brilliant, as in with the work they are carrying out, it shows their work quality and experience in handling the coating work. With the friendly staff and follow up service, i would highly recommend for those who wanted to protect their car, Ceramic Pro is the better choice although the price might be higher compare others.
