Very good workmanship as usual. This is my 2nd time sending to Ceramic Pro. Ben and Chris are the PIC in charge. Received updates on the status of the car promptly. Always delivers and never disappoint so far. Every new car has to be be coated with Ceramic Pro. You can see the different immediately. What I like is easy maintenance. Wash, wipe, done! My 3rd time sending to Ceramic Pro Glenmarie. This time Shayne is the PIC, Received updates on the status of the car very promptly and responsive. This time added tinting. It is very convenient and easy maintenance. My car was gleaming brightly when I picked it up! My previous car the painting is still very good and the used car dealer was impressed with it. Glad that Ceramic Pro has not change. Good service after 8 years! Keep it up!

Had full PPF done few mths ago and just recently went back for maintenance and touch up. Thumbs up to Shayne (also highly recommended), for making my experience at Ceramic Pro a pleasant one. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Shayne of Ceramic Pro, the service advisor of this ceramic coating center. He was very professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the whole process. He kept me updated on every step of the process, from the preparation, application, curing, and inspection of the coating. He also sent me photos and videos of the progress, and answered all my questions promptly and patiently. He made sure that the coating was done properly, and that I was happy with the results. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the coating, and what to avoid doing to prevent any damage.
The ceramic coating has made my new car look better. I am very impressed with the workmanship and service of Shayne and his team. I was informed when purchasing my platinum package that there's will be no hidden charges or additional cost for maintenance service etc. However, when I try to book a maintenance service today they said they are no longer offer free maintenance for all customer.what a scam. I really feel like being cheated; I spent rm 4k plus on their platinum package and even recommended it to my friends and family.so regretted now

the water marks on my black color car is pretty obvious after just
months despite that I wash my car every week.

Please think twice for those who consider to pay high price for getting your coating done at this company.

Sent my car for Magnus Pro PPF + Ceramic Pro detailing treatment right after collection.
Warmly greeted by the friendly CS, MJ and I was well briefed about the choices of treatment offered with details and prices together with bundled packages. E-brochures are also well stated, and MJ was kind to clear my doubts. Everything was in order prior to the confirmation and setting up for the appointment.

Joshua; the man who is very on the ground dropped by with a courtesy reminder and share ongoing progress updates. Friendly guy to go for car detailing info and post-treatment advice.

Overall experience dealing with MP team was nothing short of fantastic. From the pre-arrangement up till the after-sales service went smoothly, well communicated and peace of mind. Kudos and big thumbs-up to them. Magnus Pro is a place you would need to consider if you are on the hunt for car detailing treatments especially if you’d love to pamper your new ride. They offer quite a value for money packages with great warranty on their products.

It’s been almost a year, and I’m still truly happy with the result. Washing my car is such an ease; without any scrubbing and water repels so well. Next to consider, their tinting. Cheers~

The staff is friendly and attentive. Service is quick too. However one small improvement is to have WiFi password information shown in the customer lounge so customers no need to bother the staff.

Lucas, Chris and his team did a great job. Fast, friendly, efficient and my car look like it did when I bought it! What more can I ask. I would recommend them to anyone!
