Carsome - Kajang Inspection Center

First time using Carsome and didn’t expect the process is so easy and fast! The car inspection took place within 30mins and another 15mins for surrendering the car. Totally hassle free, and most importantly the price offered is better than those second hand car shop out there

My only advice for Kajang center is please have someone to look out and serve walk in customers as we were quite lost when arriving plus everyone seems too busy.

Fast and professional compare to other inspection company. They follow the appointment as given strictly. The service is superb especially Mr Imran and the team tried hard to provide me the better car price. Appreciate their kindness. The transfer of money also extremely fast within 20 minutes after i signed to sell my car. Thank you very much. Definitely will recommend my friends there.

This is the place that you will professionally attended by the good mannered Carsome staff from their onsitecar inspector to their callcenter and executive that deal with the loan settlement. Up till now I had 2 of my cars sold to them and I need it sold fast as I didn't have time to wait

Nice car inspection center but valuation too low for cash sale, but bidding is the best compare to others like motorist or mytukar, successfully sold! Rating revised!

Sold my dad 2012 Civic Hybrid for 28k. Okay lah. But if you're looking for end user price, you should already know they will not offer that.

And it is a gamble to go for bidding platform as if it is lower than what they initally offer, the initial offer will be much reduced. Soooo if you have hot stuff car like honda or perodua, go for bidding better. Lot of car dealer want your car. If you have kia ke, volkswagen ke. All the best lah, resale value memang GG pun.

I was meaning to sell my car for some time. I looked up online and was interested in Carsome because of the one-stop-centre concept and hassle free experience portrayed.

By chance, I noticed that this inspection centre was nearby my location and it was convenient enough to go so I just made a walk-in with grant and IC ready.

I was served in due time and provided with a fair value for the vehicle which I accepted. Even if I did not accept it, I could have used their bidding system.
