Its been amazing process with carsome compare to others.pricing is more reasonable for perodua myvi 2017 and the flow of working, thumbprint and paperwork also is simple.i would recommend to come here because no fee charged is you want to inspect.just a bit busy on the day i come (saturday). So overall, quite excellent for my first time experience and would definitely come again if i have more car lah. Zarfan.

The service seemed ok but the staff not very talkative or communicative, so I would say not very customer service oriented. The inspection was supposed to be a 172 point inspection, but it took just 10 minutes, if that, and was very superficial. To be honest, I wasn't impressed.

Inexperience inspector.keep saying my car has been dismantle before but couldn’t answer when I challenged him about the screws paint work.a bunch of clowns working

Very convenient place to sell your car, first you send your car for inspection and then a price is quoted. If you agree then send your car and within 24 hours the money will be deposited into your account.

Carsome kajang quoted the lowest price as compared against its rivals.in fact the difference of prices are quite significant, and provided the feedback for improvement, but the quoted price still same, very regretful for the visit.

Today I went to carsome kajang and sell my old proton gen 2 1.3 2006 at carsome, even though i didn't get the expected amount haha but carsome has made my selling experience smooth and efficiently.and for the car inspector (Syamim), thanks for the great service and hospitality.

I went to Carsome Kajang to sell my car, the staff there are super friendly and helpful, car inspection are done for free. I sold the car after I'm satisfied with the price. Very happy with their service. Best place to go to sell your car.

I had an awesome experience selling my car at Carsome. I had the car checked in my home area and a price was set. But I had to surrender the car the same day at the Carsome Office in Kajang, where it is nearest to my home, on the same day to lock the price. I thought it was a very good price given the condition that my car was in, and especially after the back got bumped.
I straight away sent it to the Carsome shop and after all the documents had been done with, I went home. And sure enough, I got the payment within the 24 hours that was promised by Carsome.

The service is good, but be careful the Carsome Kajang branch does not have parking spaces for customers who want to sell cars. My agreement was signed in September 2021. After I handed over my car to Carsome, they continued to park my car outside before changing the name, and i get a summons from MPKJ.

Carsome Kajang said no problem, they will pay the summons, and told me not to worry. I contacted Carsome by phone, email, whatsapp to remind them to pay off the summons as soon as possible.

I received a call from Carsome on November, they promise will pay it. But until January 2022, still can't handle it well. I am very disappointed. If Carsome don’t want to pay it, it’s okay, I can pay it by myself, but please don’t delay like this.

"The more you delay, the more you pay". You should tell me directly, you can't pay it, why promise and promise again? It's wasted my time. In the end, I paid it myself.

Anyway, Carsome is still a good choice platform to sell your car.

Staff act not accordingly to what been publish on their website on how to engage/process the inspection/sale of vehicles.

This is regarding carsome Kajang.
I was told to bring my car to carsome seremban at a certain date and was told everything will be in the system as the day before a friend had some problems. Yet again when brought to the center the details weren’t in the system at all and I have to wait here until they send it through the system.
Can the HQ or carsome Kajang do the job properly.

They did a detail of car inspection, however they don't really do expensive car. The inspection is free and they give you a price base on their valuation. Very professional.

Sold my Myvi here cause it was very convenient. Honestly the price was just fair but other platforms gave me such a hassle after I took about couple of months to sell my car so this kind of service is quite convenient if you cant sell your car.
