Perfect place for someone like me who's not willing to go through all the hassle of selling my car to other buyers. This was straight forward. Evaluate the car and transfer the cash straight into my account.all in less than an hour!

Just sharing some of experience for my car selling to carsome during CMCO:

Making appointment:
making appointments is easy, simply go to carsome.my and fill up the car model and select the available timeslot. The carsome admin will calls and WhatsApp to confirm the appointment.

Before the appointment:
You will be receiving several reminders for the appointment (SMS & email)

Arriving:
When arriving, the carsome staff will check your temperature and fill up contact info. And carsome will arrange an inspector to inspect your car.

Inspection:
- First thing first, the inspector will sanitizes all the door handles steering wheels and all the touching surface. The inspector is also wearing a pair of gloves.
- the inspector makes a short drive test and inspect every parts on the body and engine bay. The inspector also removed the rubber to observe any marks from any car accident.
- the entire process is taking less than an hour.

Offers:
- after the inspection, another staff will approach for offering.
- due to the bad economy, the offers I got wasn't too good.: (
- (guys, this price is still open for negotiation)
- after some negotiation, we came into a common agreeable price, so I was being escort to the transaction area for ownership transfer process.

Documentation/Transaction:
- the transaction area is wide and spacious
- there are hand sanitizer at the entrance and the chairs are arranged with 1 meter away.
- I also noticed there is a sanitizing schedule indicating 3 sanitizing a days (9am, 1pm, 5pm). (These maybe the best time if you are planning to make an appointment during this CMCO period.
- the staff on the transaction counter will also explain every document to you.
- during the entire process, I was only required to make a thumb print, and sign on a few documents.

Payout:
Lastly, the most exciting part, $$$$!
The money is transferred to my bank account within 30 minutes! That's quick!

Overall, I think the process was really convenient and fast! I don't sell my car very often (this car was 10 years old), but I would recommend anyone who are planning to sell their car to give carsome a try.

Very detail free inspection of the car. The inspector know what to look for, from minor accident to potong kereta punya kereta. But they value too low.

It is located opposite AEON Bukit Tinggi amknh the row of shoplot. I missed the turn initially but found it subsequently. I was expecting to see a "workshop-like" builfinv buy it turns out to be a one shop lot officd cum car checking area.
As i was there to get them to check the condition of my car before selling it, i was surprised with the speed they take to tell me the price - less than 30 minutes!
Anyway the quoted price was way below what i expected i treat it as a 'weekend' trip to a new place.

Inspectors were helpful and inspection centre is well kept which gives us a pleasant experience throughout the inspection.

Carsome team has a very good customer servixe level. They give a call to confirm the appointment and they are patient to answer all your queries during the call. The process are short and simple enough once you decide to TOLAK your car directly. Of course, price offer are very subjective depends on your car conditions. Worth to try if you have car to tolak.
