Appoiment on 10. Reach and waited until 11am 6 person in the room still not doing their work just keep on pressing phone.the point is there is no other car. Super Poor staff attitude, Lazy working face. Go inside room and ask just say wait. GOOD JOB CARSOME

Unfortunately the price for selling the car offer on their website is way far off from actual despite the car good condition. Maybr they just want to go to their shop

Susah beli dengan carsome ni. Loan dah approve pun banyak banyak bank call tanya soalan sama. I dah mintak tukar kereta but masih bertanya loan kereta yg salah. Tak suggest beli dengsn carsome.

Bad experience la aku dengan carsome ni. Aku beli iriz 1.3 standard. Masa proses untuk submit loan pun banyak masalah dan proses leceh. Keretw dari penang ke melaka. Masa ambil kereta aku tak check sangat condition sebab kita percaya carsome buat 175 inspection. So aku bawak kereta balik rumah dan check. Ada keladak tanah or daki something like that, ada dekat tempat tombol aircond dan dekat gear kereta. Lepastu dalam kereta bawah seat ada duit syiling 20 sen. Dan condition bawah seat berpasir dan kotor. Pastu button hazard light pada kereta aku tenggelam bila tekan. X macam button normal. So how can u guys claim ada buat 175 inspection but benda remeh macam tu pun tak boleh nampak? Poor inspection.
Selang seminggu, aku try cocok usb pada usb port, dan tak function. Aku pun report customer service carsome di tiktok. Then dia suruh pergi di branch jalan munshi melaka. Tiba sana orang sana suruh pergi inspection centre di plaza semabok melaka. Weh buang masa aku la. Memang aku takkan reccomend dan takkan beli lagi kereta di carsome. BAD AND WORST EXPERIENCE SERVICE

Got my car inspected and evaluated at here at Bandar Botanic Klang branch. Super impressed with the speed and also their professionalism. I would say that the price provided was reasonable and as per my expectations. Thumbs up for the team.

And one cannot question their selling price which is 40k more than their valuations.

I had great experience selling my car at Carsome. I waited for 30 minutes before I got my car inspected. The inspector was very detailed an checked every single details. He gave me a good price instead and I immediately decided to sell my car. The transfer was done within 30 minutes and I got my money in 2 hours. Crazy fast. It was a weekend yet they are working like any weekdays. Also, there was a nice waiting area with aircond and free coffee.

Easy to deal with. Second time I sold my car to them. Easy & no hassles. Keep it up, Carsome!

No proper waiting area for customer. And no que no available. Customer stand outside premises.

1. Provide proper waiting area such as suitable chair quantity.
2. Provide customer que number.

Kadar bayaran yang sangat berpatutan dengan kenderaan yang dijual dan proses pembayaran yang sangat efisen (selesai dlm masa 24jam)

Inspection ok 30min mcm tu,
Laju service utk inspection & documentation & signing,
But we really sad for your payment service, u said in marketing "in 1-2hr payment will settle" but ya i understand my documentations settle late around 6.30pm yesterday, so finance said probably payment by tomorrow before 12pm, however, u guys the company shud buckup this system "slow" events, coz customers might need the payment urgently.

Little bit of advice for carsome company, if u know sometime systems can be down once in the blue moon, hence please dont overclaim it in the marketing.

Came on time with appointment, waited for close to an hour for my turn. Inspection is fast, waited for another 40 minutes after inspection for the valuation. Price offered is conisdered good (same as the usual insurance market value). (Edit: another hour wait after decided to sell)

5 stars for service- Sold my car over the weekend and was not disappointed at all with the services provided by Carsome. The staff were polite, followed Covid19 SOPs and was very quick to answer any questions- very responsible team indeed. Negotiations were done properly and swiftly. Thank you.
