I think majority of this reviews is due to having a bad first impression towards bangladeshi workers.i for one have worked with foreigners, so i understand their struggle and am willing, and try my best to communicate my best with them.they are hardworking, but i agree that they simply need guidance, the manager Mr Chang is very honest. He gave me prices that i compared with shopee +rm10/20 for labour charge.i think with proper communication and show your willingness and interest in their business, is the key of getting their so called "best" service to you.all in all, i would recommend if you don't look down on these so called "bangla" workers, as they only get motivated to work for you if you show the care they deserve, now downgrading.

My car after tint can't start my enjin, workers not respondsible, they even don't no why cant start, hv to wait there for 2 1/2 hrs to check. Manager never report to me whats happening. I hv to kerp asking them. After finished tint, they never fix back my item in car, very bad

Do not the the Bangladeshi workers. All is okay when they want to sell you items. My head unit keeps restarting after 3 months only.the worker say u buy cheap product mah.the manager says: why don u look for me at the beginning? The worker didnt explain to you properly (in front of me scold the workers few words). Then end up nothing can be solved.so my head unit still keep restarting.

Bangla workers dont know how to work properly. Talking talking & lack of skills. 1 fella rude I sound directly. I change radio then my small light turns off. Owner! Make sure u train ur staff properly doesnt matter whoever it is.lousy customer service. Price cannot nego.

Afrer 1 hr radio cannot on.wat the hell.i want to see the owner laa seriously.how can u sustain for 30 yrs with service like tis.i have to bring again who gonna pay my petrol & toll. Idiot.

Please, don't ever go to this Brother outlet, the sales personnel there will try to sell you things that you don't really need, they will try to rip you off in every angles, but I have to say that the normal workers and fixers, they are really very friendly and patient.

Spacious at the front.but kinda crowded with accessories inside.i believe can be managed better.

A huge Car Accessories shop with lots of car products however most of their accessories are for common popular cars and the other car products are just generic products, which may not suit your car or may not suit your specialised DIY needs. Installation service is below average as they use foreign workers.

Very bad customer service especially the person who are the "manager" there. Not professional at all, the prices are not cheap too when compared to online. This will be my first and last shopping there.

Very poor knowledge people working there, all workers from outside malaysia.simple install and never check how customer feedback.keep promoting other product.not very professional at all.no so recommend going to this outlet.

Price is 3.5x higher compare to online, fine i pay for it, bad workmanship (extra charge RM30 by installing bulb in a very unprofessional way, yes they use black tape because they don't have compatible adapter now my lamp fall off) total 220 for 2 LED light bulb which cost around RM50 on shopee? Beware guys now i'm filing a mcmc report to access their pricing whether it's legal or not.

Poor customer service with staff is trying to promote other things than required.
Customer is having buying power and will decide whether to spend or not. Not to be humiliated by uneducated staff who thought himself is very smart.if you are smart enough, you ain't working there.

The best accessory car in the world - to me lah.why? I tell u why.not only they have so many choices! But but, the team are all innovative and creative and careful when installing accessories to my car.all items bought at brothers last very long.so long until i finish my loan.thats how long.i will come again and again and again. But please ahh.only in USJ branch. I have experience with many other brothers branch in klang valley but USJ is the bestest

Friendly staff. They will promote all kinds of things to you, which is good for your car, provided you have a big wallet:)

Used to have plenty of really good Chinese technician here but now all Bangalah that have very little technical knowledge. Expensive nvm but really terrible service here and cincai-buat-saja workmanship. Unless you don’t mind paying more for poor workmanship

Very expensive labour installation, expensive than the local supervisor rate, charge 220 + & not discount, can't negotiate. The player price slightly reasonable, but the labouring gonna extra carefully b4 u make decisions. Somehow it's installation by Bangla worker.

Came here to get a rear view camera. It had limited choices but it's still OK. Prices are fixed. Service is good.

Wanted to buy my car battery, no stock. They try to sell me the wrong model that can not fit. Buyers Beware!
