Went for a simple under seat RGB light change. First of all they replaced my existing under seat lights which connects to the cigarette lighter with another new one which does the same too.

No common sense of asking whether my old one is still working or not as it is the same type of lights as the new one. I had to ask them to fix a new socket underneath the seat so that it wouldn’t be visible.

And they made every single excuse that they can to make up for the remote being faulty. Would’ve uploaded a video of how it works if that was possible.

I had to go redo the lights at another shop after wasting RM70 at this useless place.

Worst experiences, Majority are Foreigners who doesn't understand and shows attitude like they are always right in whatever they said. Last year I bought and installed an Apexi Android Player and exactly 2 weeks before my 1 Year warranty period, the Player spoilt, after send for Warranty took almost 2 months for it to arrive back. After installed 2 weeks later spoil again. Then changed for a Brand new Player and again after 3-4 weeks spoilt again. Then change once more for the 3rd time. Their service really sucks and not Clean workmanship. Very cincai and lazy work.

"Good" in dismantling things.they won't even care if they break something.and they don't install things back properly, will skip many steps ended up rattling sound here and there.

They have a good selection of car accessories to fit your car in my case getting a good horn within budget was great
I also fitted tint covers for my brand new Toyota headlights ok priced at RM160

I had a pleasant experience shopping in this USJ 1 outlet which exceeded my expectations.

A customer service staff by the name of Sunil (or Sunhil) greeted me at the entrance. He brought me to the location of the items i wanted get and gave good advice on what type to purchase. He was patient, polite and competent.

He helped me shop with ease - without his guidance i wouldn't know what to purchase & would be wasting alot of time looking for the items.

He also helped fix the items in my car. Kudus to the management for training your staff well. Will surely recommend my friends to this outlet.

Pengalaman tukar stereng yang mengecewakan. Ambil masa hampir 2 jam nk siapkan macam tak pernah buat sebelum ni.

I was searching bumper clip for my car and seek advice from a foreign sales advisor. As my bumper was dangling on one side while another side was still well clipped, I showed him the required clip as an example.

As I was looking elsewhere, I heard a slight click sound which indicate that something was removed. I told him not to remove anything and he said he touched the clip to get the sense of the size. We then get to the counter and check whether they have the stock. Unfortunately, they don't have and he asked me to refer other car workshop.

Before I left, I inspected car and found that two clips of the unaffected side were missing and I asked him whether he removed anything. Of course, he denied it. After see the overall of my bumper, it was dangling on both sides, worse than before! As my bad luck, I don't have proof with me. I should have taken a photo and show him the clip instead.

I panicked that I can't get to the nearby car workshops to get the matter fixed before the engine cover stuck my car and may cause me accident.

Beware if you are coming to this outlet and deal with someone who take charge.

Would never go here again. Checked price of the things I changed online and was shocked to see how much more expensive this place is. Rip-off. They are only friendly when they want to make a sale. If you come back with an issue with one of the items you purchased, they would not entertain you.

Love the store and staff are on hand to assist, lots of outdated product though is the only downside.

I was here to install my dash cam. Once they finished installed, the engine could not been started. They took some time to fix and was ok, then fine, I paid and go back home.
Before I reached home, I noticed that my signal was not function? ! U turn and find them again to fix.
Well, 2nd time going home, everything alright until I parked my car and wanted to lock. It couldn’t be locked……
Get into the car and go back to their shop
Come here only when you’ve too much time to waste

Wasting time if you come for audio spare parts. They will always recommend you to buy whole set new even if its just an audio harness connector issue.

If the staff cannot do, other senior mech helps but so much time wasted waiting for a task to be completed.should have checked first whether can do or not!

Good side of the shop, the service workers really friendly and really helpful for which product to be chosen. And they did good job for the installation too. The downside is, their products don't have any warranty like other service shop. Plus the manager/supervisor keep pushing for higher price products and ask to accept other unnecessary services. But overall everything is satisfying. Hope soon they will have warranties for more quality products for future.

Most mechanics are foreigners, therefore leading to lack of communication skills in terms of promoting and also advising their products.

If you are heading there, look for shohael, there are 2 of them with them name. Good guys

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR NEW CAR TO THEM. THEY SPOILED MY HEATER (RED LINE AT BACK OF THE CAR) I HAVE TO CHANGE THE BACK WINDSCREEN FOR ALMOST RM2000+. I just bought the car. A lot of scratches on the windscreen since they cut the tinted on the windscreen. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER I RECEIVED.

I really don’t know how they can survive at this market, super bad service and they keep promote you to change this and that, if you said no is ok, they will suddenly change their face turn black, and u can heard the foreigner workers they talk their language to scold you …. Please don’t go this workshop again

Product price at reasonable, but most of China cloned items, friendly & service is not bad, but Poor in technical settings & explanations, not very happy with service after sales, half past six job in completion. Not very helpful.beware of the products you buying & make sure they fixing the one you picked. Important: keep the receipt or scan & save in your email for warranty purposes.tc

Very poor experience.was attended to by a local Chinese guy, was unable to address my issue, & suggested I change the whole part!
Changed the battery to my remote.but the battery provided not good quality!
went to another car accessory shop, replaced remote battery again, & all in working order.time wasted going to brothers.always thought they were professional

Very bad customer service and the workers are majority bangladesh which they are not very friendly and cant talk fluent bahasa Malaysia
pls dont go to this place

To improve
1) The product is not comprehensive enough.
2) Air cond is not enough, feel like asphyxia.
3) Got MOSQUITO
4) Staff is ok

Some item price is cheap but some is expensive.
