27Very good experience. We arranged a van rental last minute from Chenderiang to KL. We were kept updated on the drivers location and ETA. Our driver was helpful in loading our luggage, and the condition of the van was excellent. We found the best way to communicate was whatsapp.

It was a bad experience as I booked an Alphard the day before and I got called later that night telling me that the car needed to be changed to a Starex because the Alphard was no longer available. I was assured that the replacement car would be new and in good condition because I was having guests. However, when the car arrived, I was absolutely embarrassed as the driver’s seat was torn and the inside of the car was rather shabby.
Smooth arrangement and nice service. Pick up and drop off arrangement was also easy. Nice car, too
I got total 3 different cars for my entire 5 days package. Out of 1 vehicle is not in good condition.they took 200Rm for extra use of car of just 2 hours.
All other agencies I enquired takes 50Rm only per extra hour.
Driver refuses to take us to Mossy Forest saying these cars won’t go there only 4by4 vehicle goes their. But while booking Owner didn’t mention this. When I booked package including Mossy forest, It’s their duty to show me that with any vehicle.
If they charged 200Rm for extra 2 hours then why didn’t they pay 300Rm for 4by4 vehicle I took to go Mossy forest?
Overall experience was OK.
