Garbage rental service.

I went to pick up the car in person from a random apartment building in Kepong. The location for the pick-up was only communicated late the night before, even though the car has been booked well beforehand. Pick up was meant to be at 8am. Whoever takes the bookings doesn't communicate with the people who are on the ground, so there was a lot of calling back and forth before a second staff member called me and asked where I was. After all the paperwork was signed, I only drove away at 9am. An hour late.

And then after getting the car, I had to drive straight to the nearest petrol station, because there was absolutely none in the car (already on reserve tank, no displayable estimated range) and the tires were under inflated. The person who handed the car over to me said "it should be enough" to get to my office 7km away, but why is running out of petrol a risk that I, the paying customer, need to take?

Returning the car was just as bad for such a simple process. Told the guy that I'd be dropping it off between 5pm-6pm, when he called me at lunchtime to ask.

I arrived at 5: 20pm, and then had to wait till 6: 10pm because the guy was out and about getting air ikat tepi with his friend.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional and feels like the whole business is operating under a radar.

So far no problem with the exora car which is clean and the tank fuel is full so dont have to waste time to fill up the fuel.only coming back fill up the fuel as it is. One thing good can deliver qnd pickup from the house so less hassle

We rented a Proton Exora which the car drove well. However, the lights in the car were not working and the car had not been cleaned, washed or sanitised despite the pandemic.

I used his service twice after returning from abroad. Price is reasonable. Very fast response when texted. The timing to return the car is also flexible. I'd like to recommend him to anybody who wants to rent a car in Klang Valley area.
