This branch of Skynet seems to have no customer service at all since no one answers phone calls at their end. All four mobile numbers are unresponsive, sadly.

Tracking from their end is also unreliable and slow, with my parcel being held at their location for nearly a week without any justification.

Their delivery crew was friendly and helped to arrange a better time for my parcel delivery.

Service terok. Dah 10 hari barang tak sampai. Barang dah ada dekat hub dah seminggu. Haram tak hantar lagi. Call dh berpuluh kali tak jawab. Dh out for delivery pun haram jadah tak sampai pun.

SkyNet Penang is the worst! They have bad customer service who are not professional and not responsive at all. When I was tracking my parcel, they have stated that consignee is not at home, while I'm waiting for their call whole day at home. When I called the customer service, they didn't answer my call at all. Finally they answered & replied me that my number is not in service & the worst part is when i asked to repeat my contact number, she replied correctly. I got my parcel after 2 days. They don't deserve a single star.

Even the phone number (s) on their official website don't work. I have called a hundred times and they don't bother to answer. Terrible service that doesn't even deserve one star, if you ask me.

Fast collection. Service is follow standard hour. No long queue, I collected my parcel in just 5 minutes. Parking is free at roadside. The location is at town area so avoid going there during peak hour, off peak hour is just fine. Just bring along the AWB number will do.

Service memang teruk sangat, sepanjang hari saya tunggu di rumah, tak datang langsung tapi kata ada hantar, say a harap management boleh membetulkan service skynet. Saya kena pick up sendiri esok, track tak tunjuk keluar hantar juga.memang sangat teruk!

I would give 0 rating, driver didnt bother to ring the doorbell to house and just left a note to say pickup at their office.
Of course no one picks up their hotline, rang for over 20.times. Had to go down to town to their office. All the way from Tg Bungah, and their office was 20 mins late to open. Terrible.

Unprofessional service. The item had arrived for several days in Skynet, but weren't sent to me because "the item is too large", and "driver won't do it". I am ordering a sofa bed, which should fit any regular lorry. The distance to my place is only 800+ meter! Hopefully the product arrives this week.

The skynet company is very bad. The call is not answered. Why the seller still uses the skynet serviceservice? The customer's concern is all the worst service provision.

No conversations involved. Only they are the important one. Terrible service. Better open a warehouses than courier service.

Contact their Hq. Also no response. Sky net. Haha. From the response over here. Maybe should do a boycott campaign on this company.

Stupid service from Penang Skynet. Lazy to deliver item until doorstep and call customer to own pick up the item from lorry. Is this called courier company? If i want to pick up by myself it's better i use bus to deliver my items.

Don't waste your time calling their office. No one knows how to pick up the phone. I called the hotline, the reason is "not much staff". I decided to pickup myself, the counter girl s freaking rude. Other customer asking for pen, she just slammed it over the counter. I will never use this so called "express courier of choice" anymore.

Does not even deserve a STAR, horrible customer service and barred all incoming calls. NO POINT CALLING THE OFFICE NUMBER WHICH WILL CUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY. You are unable to know your shipment status even though you have the Tracking Number which is not updated.

Fully agree with others: SKYNET SHOULD CEASE THE OPERATION.

Never ship anything through them. Seller sent the item and it reached destination city within 48 hours but Skynet is unable to deliver within the for the last one week. Useless customer care. City office dont pick calls and central office equally inefficient.

Worst courier service ever, my package pending almost 2 week without delivery. Call branch office, they just hang up your phone without pick up. Call the customer service, they said cause too many package so can’t delivery, what the heck is that. Definitely will avoid to use this company service.
If you can’t handle, please close your business.

Worst and most stupid delivery service. If you don’t know how to work, close your offices. It ridiculous how someone package will spend days with you and when you come to deliver, you can’t even call. You are worst than a little child sent for an errand.

Better close shop as call for few days nobody answer the call. Go to their office self collection, front line staff attitude not good.
