Hopeless courier and a big liar. Said nobody at home and delivery attempted everyday, hellow, I'm always at home, if you lazy to deliver, just say so. I'm not going to pickup from your place, you can return back to sender, let the sender panggang you only. Worst courier in Malaysia.

Never deliver item to my house and I have to go to the branch to pickup the item myself. (not once or twice it’s like everytimeeeee)

Worst courier services, did not deliver the item after reached their centre. Give a lots of excuses couldnt reach us when we are waiting for 2 days for them to deliver the parcel. Had been picking up the parcel from centre a few time, i think this is their working culture they dont deliver and expect customer to pick up. Courier services are meant for everyone to be hassle free and convienence but this courier is giving u a hectic day.

Deliver man never call or ring the bell before marked as "Consignee Not At Home/office".

The worst service courier service center. They will delay your parcel 1 week and add 'Out of delivery" in tracking web site. When you call, they still ask you, do you need it today? Cool service.

Not the first time stucked at distribution center for more than 2 weeks without any call.

Many times call them.no one there to pick up calls. Fed up la. My parcel is there.tracking show delay n call nearest skynet courier.when I call no one pick up. Then for wat customer care at ofis.kerja tak mau, gaji mau.

Very rude customer service person.pls use pos laju to deliver your courier.they are much more efficient

Super poor service. Based on tracking, goods alry reached skynet Georgetown for about one week but no arrangement for delivery. Called the 4 contact numbers for few days but no one answer.

If can i want to put zero star all. My items they claim twice for attempt to deliver yesterday and today but till now dont even a call even i waited whole day at home. Call their office during office hour many times also nobody pick up the call. Terrible forwarder. Lazada or other online seller, pls do not use Skynet anymore. Fraud statement forwarder like pos laju usully dont even send the item but claim multiple attempt fail and request receiver ro collect from their office. Lousy.

Skynet is the worst delivery service i have ever had. I have ordered my purchase for a month (26Aug) and there were no updates despite saying delivery was made on 3rd of Sep. Made 3 different calls to skynet yet no updates was given (10,15,20 of Sept). First call told me delivery will be made within next 2 days, didn't happen. Second call told me updates and follow up will happen within next 2 days also didn't happen. Third call still says the same thing. When asked about my product, they didn't have a answer but a reply was at warehouse but no exactly where.

I wonder if this delivery office do exist.tracking shows that goods arrived here but keeping here for weeks.lousy service

What's wrong with this branch, tried to called more thn 20 times no one picked up the phone. It is no one working at office?

It's been a month. The rider is very rude. He called me and I said I'm at my parents house but my husband is at home. He did not deliver and scolded me. Bad quality of service. Not professional at all.

Worst service ever, called on Thursday saying Friday delivery but up to Wednesday it's a no show, finally say they don't know the address. What kind of professionalisme is this. Call office also don't answer

Extremely poor service. Supposed to have received a parcel in Penang that was sent on 1st from Sungai Petani. Today is 6th and still no sign. Apparently they are not working on weekends and ph. And guess what it's ph on 7th. So if it's a raw material like fruits, i will receive it rotten? Go for other providers like J&T.

Please tell me, how do i call to ask them for second time delivery. They said out for delivery, then sudenly said nobody at home while me at home for the whole day. Please i want my item asap!
