This staff (a guy) not even deserve one star for his manners. He is always handling stem and parcels counter not the skinny one (he’s good). That one star meant for him not for his colleagues. I hope you are reading this!

Ni kira kes makan gaji buta. Lebih baik tak payah buka terus hari Sabtu kalau asyik dok bergosip. Dah la call pun tak berjawab, bila sampai, tengok2 kaunter sunyi, memang takdak orang, pun tak boleh jawab fon? PosLaju dgn PosMalaysia lain2 payung ka? Pi kaunter tanya nak amik barang, ok bg alasan posmen tak kerja hari sabtu bleh trima. Dah staff yg dduk kat kaunter PosLaju tu utk apa? Dah customer boleh pi nak amik sendiri, tak boleh arrange ka untuk situation camtu? Awat Pos Lebuh Victoria boleh bagi 1 time frame utk pick up item, Pos² lain yg buka hari Sabtu tak boleh standardise? Dah tu kira mcm ikot zone @ poskod penerlma. Tak adil la bg customer!

Why is the phone being picked up and hanged up what's the use of having a phone number if I can't even reach the office. My parcels have been stuck in the area and I can't even contact the office wat kind of service is this. Something needs to be done la aish.

Came to renew driving license and there's literally nobody but me on a Saturday morning.hence everything was done less than 10 minutes.so fast! Service was alright greeted with smiley face too

The staff at this post office are genuinely very helpful and patient with all the different customers, including local people, senior citizens, tourists and business people. It does get busy at peak times, so its best to avoid lunchtime. Fortunately, there is a ticketing system, so don't worry about losing your place in the queue.
If you are sending anything within Malaysia, this is definitely the best place to go. For sending overseas, it's fine for mailing postcards, letters and other small items. However, if you urgently need to send a business package overseas, you may want to consider DHL or Fedex as faster but more expensive alternatives.
