Horrible service and under staff. Long wait. And worker just doesn't care even tho alot of people waiting to send parcel. The counter is still not open. YHEY JUST DONE CARE!

Never bothered to call, but said failed delivery because no one was home.i work from home, i'm home almost the whole day, what lies! Called them and they just pick up and hung up.

The workers are excellent, but the place is too far for Penang Island residents. It took me over two and a half hours to get back and forth I hope to create a place for us in Penang Island Instead of wasting a whole day to receive the shipment

My usual place to pay bills. Today went to renew driving licence. Very efficient service here. Staff are friendly

The worker that I met today is very friendly and helpful. She answered my question and also helped me to sent the parcel. Just about ten minutes, everything runs smoothly.

Better then what pos are used to be, staff are friendlier now, wait time can still be long

Below are not about the branch, but Pos Malaysia.
I really can't understand why Pos Malaysia shorten they service hour during MCO/FMCO, when people need them more. The most hilarious part is, they stop their service on renewing road tax and driving license during this FMCO, not sure is Pos Malaysia problem or JPJ problem or Mr Wee punya problem.
Or just to encourage us to make use of Myeg.

Post office on bungalow ground with free parking. Counters were thinly manned but many delivery guys were hanging around.

The postman delivering my mail put my mail in between the panel slots of my gate instead of putting it in my mailbox like the other postmen.

What if important mail drops into the ground and is blown away? Also, If it rains, my mail will get Wet and soiled.

I have a mailbox for him to use, why isn’t he doing it? Lazy?

Pray to god your parcels don't end up here. Happened to me once when I was staying in the area. I had to self collect because every phone call got hanged up! WHAT THE F*ing duck is going on? Was the receptionist taken hostage? Jesus.

After I got my parcel, being a jack*ss, I politely informed the personnel that phones have a ringer volume control that they could lower if it gets annoying. And with that I ran out, never to be seen by them again.

Don't waste your time calling their phone number. You'll get hung up as soon as the call is picked up. RUDE. I'll probably give only one if it wasn't because of some the counter staff who are actually decent people.

Trying to call this afternoon around 12: 52pm.the staff picking up phone and hang up phone. Very unprofessional. Why have phone when cannot answer.

Call the office, rang for long time and the staff pick up the phone then straight away hang up the phone continuely for five times. Very rude and no manners at all.

So far the worst courier service ever provided. No one will ever pick up your call on this tanjung bungah pos laju. Without making delivering, they straight away stated i not at home while this is lockdown period in Malaysia. Is it making any sense? If u guys are working, please take it seriously. Else please close it. Shame on pos laju!

Refer to Diayaa Mani review, ours same happened, by dropping a notice in letter box which are not opened daily, sometime notice seems expired when we got it... This is poslaju mail delivery.
