Any times my parcels have been thrown into my car porch. They didn't even bother to call me or the pl inside the house. Very poor attitude

I caught your man throwing parcel at my front door despite i was in the house. I heard his bike arrived and was opening the door. My house switched on the TV and he shd have heard the vol but never call or wait. CCTV as prove. I shouted hin to come back and he apologived. No wonder parcels always spoilt. This time is my new HP

One of my parcel is on hold for two days while my other parcels are delivered, what's with the terrible system and management where one is delivered but one isnt when the on-hold parcel was in the facility for days

Bad service! Staff muka masam, xlayak jadi customer service.barang dh sampai 9May 2021 tapi sampai 15 may 2021 tak hantar². P Tanya, leh bgtau cari xjumpa.

Most inefficient courier service. Had multiple experience with them in past years. Expected them to buck up a year later; but the service still remains the same: useless. Shoppee should terminate this company’s service.

My letter box lock was damaged by J&T rider this evening. First of all, the parcel was stated as delivered although it has not yet been delivered, and despite me making several phone calls to the rider, those calls were ignored. Even messages sent to the rider were not replied although it was read by the rider.

Awhile later I received a message from the rider saying my parcel was in my letter box. Upon inspection, it turns out that the rider has damaged the lock of the letter box in order to put my parcel in, such a terrible work ethic by the rider. They could have sent me a message or gave me a call to collect the parcel myself, instead, messages and calls were ignored and this was done.

I also posted a complaint on their Facebook page but alas, it was taken down by them.

624545018854 dah smpai 9.3.2021, sehingga hari ini 15.3.2021, masih tidak menerima barang tetapi di dalam sistem telah ditulis 'DELIVERED', JnT penipu.ingatkan dah insaf selepas kes viral baling-baling barang tu.rupanya JnT Penang masih sama. The Worst Courier service in Penang.

Call no answer.when i track my parcel status is delivered but im not got my parcel.that is my father's wallet.im so dissapointed.i order from 5/2 and wait untill 15/2 for my parcel.i understand if brg tu smpai lmbat sebab rmai n bnyak kan brg brg parcel.but klau msalah ni i tk leh brain.and apa yg lebih mnyakitkan lagi call tk.agkt then sengaja angkat ganggang fon from its place sebab nak bgi tk dpt coll.pleaseeeee i want my item back.that is father wallet.i bought to him as a gift for my last salary.

The delivery person dint even bother to come in my shop, he just waiting outside. He called me and I already told him to come in he still don't wan to enter the shop, not sure he is lazy or what reason.

Servis yg paling teruk.last dah sy guna.no more j& t.brg sy dipos dr perak 5 ogos 2020, smpi today 11 ogos masih di penang.teruk.teruk.sy di langkawi.bila akan dpt brg.brg sy urgent.dah 7 hari dah brg sy.cal staf di penang td dia blh kata sy bernasib baik sb brg tak hilang.eh kita pos byr tau.blh ckp gtu.nape nak bg brg hilang ka.

First time shove my parcel to guard at guardhouse without permission. Second time my parcel disappeared when I check my guardhouse and they claimed to have delivered. Didnt bother to pass my parcel to my guard, simply place it somewhere near the guardhouse. The only courier service that never pass your parcel to you in person. Worst courier service in Penang.

Product already arrived J&T but they don’t want deliver to me! Called phone no answer! Very bad service!

Waiting for 4 days, parcel not sending out. End up go collect myself. Reach there most of d people also collect their parcel. This branch can close it, so that parcel will not sending there.

More then 20 time call no answer.

The lousiest courier service I ever seen. There are more than 10 customers waiting outside but the workers all are talking, singing, on calling, screaming behind.
No wonder la, called more than 10 times also no one pick up the calls.
My parcel was out on 11 November until today still no updating in the system.
Please don't use J&T if possible.

The most lousiest ever courier company ever had in this world! 9 days and the courier still haven't arrived. Better shut down this courier service! Worst ever!

The lousiest service from J&T. Doors are locked at 5.15pm today preventing customers to pick up parcels even business hours is closing later.

None of the customers were being informed about closure until close to 6pm.

No star rating should be rated for such a delivery service.

Barang aku dah 3 hari kat tempat korang, aku call tak angkat. Aku complain kat HQ korang takda apa tindakan, aku bayar korang untuk hantar barang aku. Bukan aku sendiri kena p pickup barang ni kat hampa. Kalau korang taknak keja tak payah keja. Pekerja2 kat tempat nimenyusahkan orang tau tak? Tunggu aku p pickup sendiri barang ni. Korang nak tgok bodybuilder mengamuk kan. Tunggu jap nanti aku p
