Excellent service. Shopee return done in 1 minute without wait. It is also not bad location. Even in such busy area usually parking is still available.

Why is my parcel stuck near the j&t penang gateway.i want to use it during Hari Raya.the parcel has not moved since 08.04.2023

Barang tak sampai² kat receiver. Stated that no one wants to accept the parcel, which is they never call instead. I don't know where's my parcel until now. Very poor service.

Went there to drop parcel today, 13.03.23, the Indian lady was very helpful. Helping me out the whole process. Kudos to her.

When u come, just scan the barcode and follow the instruction given.once you fill up the form, u go caunter and give the no to them.then u all pay it

Lying courier service! Did not attempt my deliveries and claimed I ‘rejected’ their parcels. This happened 3 times with them! Never have I experienced this type of unprofessional service with other courier providers

The service is getting from bad to worse. Always received tracking notice saying that

"On hold - shop / office not operating or out of business hour"

even though it's weekdays and the time is in the afternoon.

Never even inform the receiver why the J&T driver never want to deliver!

Jnt paling menyusahkan hidup aku. Bodoh apa barang dah seminggu dah dok peram. Ampa nak buat apa dengan barang tu. Orang lain pun overload. Elok ja sampai jugak barang.

The worst of all pf it, i happen to urgent need to send at Sunday, they happen to have operated, unfortunated my luck went out, i give counter and the counter.said need.to.scan, ok i pass to her and oh man.few days pass and is still no update from the system and after that gone, dont know where the parcel went. >< stay a way from this shop no matter what

Arrived 8: 30am, the girl ask me to wait her house keeping 1st! And keep mumbling only her in the branch, am I supposed to waste my time to wait?

Call banyak kali tak angkat, barang dari vietnam hold sampai seminggu. Paling teruk jnt ni. Saya duduk kedah pendalaman tu pon beli barang dari vietnam pun sampai awai. Bukan peram macam jnt ni. Macam hawau servis, tutup ja la kalau xleh servis macamni.

Semoga org2 j&t yang sengaja hantar parcel lambat ni disusahkan segala urusan. Aminnn. Aku nak guna la brg tu. Lambat dan slowwwww

Staf bahagian kaunter yg muka mcm indon tu x mesra alam langsung. Kita tanya elok2, dia plak naik angin.klu mental x kuat, jgn ddk kaunter depan tu.

Reached at the Georgetown 309 center (3 days) but they never delivered, need to go and pick up myself on the fourth day. It happened twice back to back.
