Not deserve even 1 star!
Closes at 8pm last call 6pm? !
Why dont u just set ur operating hour until 6pm only

Not professional at all, I have a college submission to deliver and they took ONE WHOLE MONTH and still failed to deliver, even returning my parcel took forever. I've never seen J&T at my doorstep yet it said failed to deliver to me. WORSE COURIER SERVICE EVER. Don't know if they actually deliver my parcel or not.

How can I post this without the, u not deserve even 1 star, I ordered my parcel 2months plus already, u posted on your tracking details, delivered! Last July 1, now is what date already? Is my parcel from heaven. Will wait when it will fall! Please be responsible for ur action, commitment and be professional, we are paying your service fee end up like this. Not even response to any message/call. Godbless‍️

DATANG SEND BARANG DEKAT OPIS ORANG, TEKAN BELL BERULANG KALI, KITORANG TAK PEKAK LA, JENIS TAK RETI NAK SABAR, LEPAS TU DI HEMPASNYA PULA PINTU OPIS.

The delivery experience was poor. Woke up to a notification saying items delivered. I was shock, the goods have not been handed over to me by the Courier company, i walk to my front porch and the box was just thrown there infront of the yard, no phone calls, no notice

J&T pulau pinang memang teruk, setakat ni aku beli Barang lebih 10x mesti depa peram lama2 kat opis depa, tak pernah terus antaq, paling lama 8 hari, paling sat 3 Hari, masa aku duduk pasir gudang j&t sana tiptop memang laju. Kalau ada pilihan guna courier service lain lebih baik, Kalau terpaksa ja boleh guna j&t ni. Harini pun dh 3 malam barang aku depa peram, dh jadi jeruk madu Pak Ali kot.

The operation hours is stated opened till 8pm but when I got there at 7.15pm, the person at the counter rudely mentions that they only receive shipment till 7pm but open till 8pm. So maybe indicate somewhere specifically because I just wasted my 30 mins drive back and forth to drop off. Very very unsatisfying way for response.

Tulis buka pukul 8 a.m, tp bila pergi pukul 8: 30 a.m, staff kata pulak buka pukul 11 a.m. Barang dh 5 hari dh xsmpai2. Okaylah kata raya 2 hari, tp bila pegi nak self collect pon lambat buka. Baik tulis sj buka pukul 11a.m.

Very bad! Closed by 8pm but i reach 7.40pm staff are not allow to process if cut off please update service time properly dont waste our user time we are rushing to j&t but cant accept our job

Call never answer. Delivery out of way too long. Nak buat collection, barang pun tak jumpa dekat hub. Omg.courrier sux.

Aku dah mula nak naik hantu dengan servis J&T ni

pakai alasan sale 11.11 sebab lambat sampai.padahal benda tu aku beli sebelum 11.11 sekarang dah 21.11 dok stuck apa lama2 situ.dok call call call tak jawab2.p branch nak amik depa kata dok tang branch lain.dok suruh tunggu tunggu tunggu.masalahnya dah lama gila aku tunggu ni.benda bukan oversea ka china ka.seller dalam semenanjung jugak.hampa buat kerja mcm mana weiii.tolong la jangan menyusahkan orang.

Barang stuck dh brapa hri dh.tak kan nk kena ambil sendiri kot.lembap and langsung x efisien j&t

Servis yang begitu teruk.customer bayar untuk servis anda.barang yang sepatutnya sampai dlm masa 3 hari delay sampai tak sampai2. J&T ingat lah kakitangan J&T customer adalah Tuan anda.

Friday went to ask, they tell me Saturday will reach and ask me come after 2pm
Saturday go at 3pm, tell me my parcel too big, still no send to this branch and still at another branch, which the other branch close on Saturday.
Today Monday, called office, HQ for 20times plus and no people ever will pick up.
Won't use this carrier in future

Service macam BABIIIIIIIIII. Sangat malang sapa yg guna service j&t ni.termasuk aku laa yang malang tu.call susah nak angkat.barang dah seminggu perammm.alasan tak dan!

The customer service staff here is poorly serviced, and they will be awkward if they have a small problem!
