I am sorry to tell verybody this J&T JURU BUKIT MERTAM IS THE WORST one because there are several reason I said that 1. Their services very very bad no quick delivery my parcel up to 4 weeks still no sign of sending it. 2. If you call no body to answer your call even you call for three days still ringging but it a west if time 3. I also place a complaint to their HQ through customer service still no further action. 4. Telephone number which is registered not in service so I really dispointing which J&T JURU BUKIT MERTAJAM. I. Hope they must take action regarding this metter customer is waiting for their parcel everyday this is to much.

Preferred you to go in the morning or afternoon 10 in the morning is a good time to went there.good good meh not crowded?

Went at 2.45pm on Sunday and office was close. Just stick a note stating rehat 1 jam which don't know from what time. Lunch break not suppose on 1-2pm?

Waited till 3.17pm only staff return.

They dont know how to answeres phone call from customer.maybe all of them are deaf.not professional.poor quality.bad service.using pos laju is better.

Please change the business time 8am-7pm.please don't make people miss understanding. Going after 6 o'clock is a waste of time and car fuel. Because only for entertaining SHOPEE seller only.

The staff was very good for me. I know theres a lot of work had to do so their services became so late. But not at all, because sometime the process are too fast than other courries.

The staffs are all new but friendly, they are willing to learn and help. Nice!
And they provided very fast delivery

Honestly, the staff here really bad for servicing. I have go many branches of JNT, all have provide me moderate and good service, except this BM JNT. The attitude, behavior is really disappointed. I not critisize anyone, or that female guys. However, I want saying that if the company not take serious step in providing the training for these "naive" staff. I am sure the sales would be taken if available of another cheaper logistics services company around you. This JNT not allow to capture them with their bad reputation or everything so no pictures to give u a look. If my reader see my message and agree with me that you have been experienced badly in this branch, pls give a like for me.

I have to login apps. I have to key in all the 20 addresses using my phone.
The place is hot.
The staff helps with the apps which is good but will be better if they just do their job and not asking the client to download apps and key in by themselves.

Waktu operasi tulis sampai jam 8 malam. Pukul 6.20 dh tak nak terima barang. Apa benda la j&t bukit mertajam. Tempat lain smpai jam 8. They got 3 staff at front desk with only one customer to attend but doesnt want to accept my parcel.

Kalau Staff Counter Xde Hati Kerja Jangan Kerja lah，Bad Service ，macam untang U duit X Bayar macam tu ，Tanya saja X blh Cakap Baik Baik ke？

J&T teruk.tutup pukul 8 tapi pukul 7 tak terima barang dah.sampah punya service. Front desk macam hampeh punya service.

The girl stuff working at 13/9/2020 is so bad, no manners and rushing to close the store. Ended up fail to pos my thing because they have many requirement about the insurance (before this I have pos with insurance but don’t have these requirements, to other people also don’t have these requirement) obviously they are just halauing us.
