Went to collect a parcel there recently - it took them 15-20 minutes to locate the parcel. Not sure whether their warehouse is too big or they misplaced my parcel.whatever the reason, 15-20 minutes was a long wait by all means.
If you go there to collect your parcel - drive to the last gate where the collection counter is. Make sure you park your car properly because the area is an industrial area with many heavy vehicles passing through.
No issues against GDex Butterworth. But the parcel I received was torn & my vouchers missing. Dishonest ppl in GDex
Very easy to get my parcels posted here. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. I like to joke with them every time I am there.

Package arrived Butterworth branch at 29/4/2018, until today its still Undelivered due to Hold for Reattempt Date 7/4/2018. Will not use courier services with Gdex in future.
