Waste of time. Most of the staff lack of training. Terrible customer service. Totally useless. They wasted almost 2 hours of my time for a simple enquiry. For others pls don't waste your time going there.
No one will pick up the call. Even though the call has pick up, but they said nothing and hang up. They don't even make the effort to do the delivery.

Servis sangat teruk. 2 parcel hari ini out of delivered dalam masa serentak. Tiada call atau sms. Owner ada di rumah. Lihat dipagar pintu ada ditinggalkan notis minta pickup di cawangan butterworth.

Call xberangkat byk kali. Dah call boleh letak tepi perangai mcm hawau. Order slip berbulan xsampai call rupanya x order. Jgn kerja kalau xboleh buat keje. Berhenti ramai lg nak keje.
