No matter what couriers you choose, they won't pickup your parcels. And worst, they wouldn't even care if the parcels aren't picked, they simply just ask you to cancel and pick some other courier (and the prob revolves over and over again smh). I was hoping the CS would help in resolving and following the issue but NO.
I would advise everyone to avoid this platform at all cost.

Are all the 5 star reviews authentic? I suspect these are paid reviewers. I signed up for EasyParcel, and out of the 10 delivery attempts I booked, only 1 gets picked up. There is no contact point, and no place to lodge complaints. Do not ever use their service. It's an absolute flop! And mind you, I have patiently waited, and patiently tried out their service over a year. It's been terrible, the worst I have encountered.

I received the tracking number one WEEK ago and today I checked the online database and apparently the parcel is still processing at the center where my seller dropped it off.
Very bad service.
What added to the irony is that a parcel from Japan posted at the same time a week ago has already reached my doorstep. JAPAN, mind you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don't fall to their advertisement trick, where easyparcel doesn't make things easy at all! The WORST courier platform ever! Miss pick up happened frequently (more than a week still no pick up the parcel), and their customer service did not provide any solution, they will ask you to either cancel or send it yourself! If you are running an online store, AVOiD them, they will ruined your business & makes your customer run away!

Bad service.i didn’t even get my parcel for a few weeks already.sorry but im Highly not recommend to everyone.no wonder a lot of people keep complaining about it sorry but say no more to easy parcel.

Absolutely lousy services, collection of item was missed and even before the collection time, i reminded the customer service on the pickup of item. All they can say is "we have sent the courier service provider a reminder". The system only registers that the order for this shipment is received, nothing further.

Well, this is my first time use EasyParcel as it is an online delivery booking platform for customers to compare rates and choose their most preferable courier to deliver the customers' parcels to their recipients, unexpectedly to say that it does really meet my expectation to allow me to send my parcels to my recipients much conveniently and fast! Highly recommend this to my friends who sell things online: D

It is very convenient for me as i only need to sit back, relax and wait for courier to pick up. The price is cheaper too. I will highly recommend to my friends. Great job: D

Easyparcel is a great platform for those who want to deliver their parcel to their loved one, friends and others. Great service and hopefully EasyParcel will one day to become the best platform in the Malaysia.
