Used this easy parcel website for years, very convenient and easy to use. But please remove Pgeon delivery from your service, it's so untrusted with bad courier service.

Problem not solve yet.
Last friday 15 Sep the PGEON dispatch did not pick up our 5 parcels. Please monitor today until they pick up our parcel in order to close this ticket.

Thank you team for your prompt action on addressing late delivery issue (9 days late). My parcel well received in good condition. The currier man also nice and very helpful.

I dont recommend EasyParcel at all. While a lot of courier companies have their pros and cons, EasyParcel takes the cake of bad customer service with ZERO solution.

Encountered issue with their platform, Winnie from Key Account did a great job from resolving my issue within a couple of hours. Professional and efficient.

If you are in a business, and you value your customers NEVER use easy parcel. I have used easy parcel for their on demand service, whether I chose Pgeon or Citilink, they have never came to collect. For over 3 days, no courier came to pick up. And if you asked for help through chat, they will tell you, they have reminded them. That's about it. There is no resolution whatsoever. All they tell you is, I have reminded them, every day.

THEY DONT DO PICK UP GUYS!

they don't actually do pickup, I've texted easy parcel for few days and they keep mentioned will drop remainder to DHL, end up I contacted DHL myself and they told me they don't do pick up:)

Such a lousy service, if you don't do pickup, do put the option in your form, don't cheat customer please.

Very speedy international shipping! Website is easy to use (though it did take me a minute to figure out) and the SMS updates were appreciated!

I was hoping easyprcel was a gamechanger, but I was left being disappointed. I have made payments but apparently the platform kept asking me to pay again and again and againnnn. Dont know where the money went, the platform didnt update itself after the payment. Sent them multiple emails with no reply. Quite a disappointment
