This DHL keep me waitting outside almost 30min.standing like fool because need to waitting the staff finish pack the parcel. Worst!

Hi DHL,
I hope you can a proper evaluation for your delivery man. I am ok that he call me to ask where is my home location. But! Can you ask nicely? ! When I pick up the call the delivery man say "Eh where is ur house Har? ! ". This is really rude! But it's ok, I reply him patiently but he is like keep asking where where where.
Tbh, this is really bad situation. There are still a lot of competitors. I hope you can select a delivery man that is professional to serve the customer. If not it really will affect your company repetution.

Very slow service. Only one person working. Door is locked n have to wait outside in d hot weather for so long. Not worth paying so much for such service

I have used the DHL servie to send a parcel t my friend an the service was extremely great, i didn't` wait for long and i got all of my questions answers.the parcel arrived way before the estimated time and i was super happy with that.in the store you will find al the details, rates, and a table with all the informations you need to send your parcel or envelop eat piece.

I give the 5 stars ONLY to the girl that she was working ALONE at the counter!
For the other, I give 1 star only!

The service was very slow, i waited 45 minutes just to delivery 1 document.
But the poor and humble girl at the counter she was working alone, taking the temperature control for everybody, open the door, take the parcel and the delivery informations, do the packaging and payments all ALONE!
They should have extra staff to make sure the service will be more fast and efficient.

The worst courier service ever. Mind you DHL, there's loads of competition in the market right now. Your delivery man refuses to send the parcel at our doorstep giving excuse like he has many parcel in his bike, other courier services has never given any excuses and manage to send the parcel to our doorstep. Leaving important documents and parcel at the security guard is very irresponsible and a show of negligence from ur part. DHL has shown no professionalism in their delivery part. Although i forgot to mention the delivery took 5 days to reach while other courier services just took 2-3 days. Again. Not gonna use ur service again forever. I just told the shop that use ur service that im not gonna repeat buying from them again because they use DHL. Thank you.

Only package with invoice or receipt are allowed to post. I want to send a thing with no receipt. Better choose parcelhub in Bayan Lepas. Everything can send.

Helpful staff, good service, providing envelops and boxes up to 25kg for delivery around the globe. If you use the service frequently, get a reward card for discount on your 3rd/4th useage

I went there on Monday evening and they said my package would be on KL on Wednesday morning. I am very pissed off now, as they were so slow, that my package didn't leave from Penang until Tuesday evening (they hold it about 24 hours in the office), eventhough I had the express service and my package reached its destination on Wednesday afternoon (I was told that by express it would reach it _before_ noon and they knew the package was urgent to be in KL before noon). Hindsight 20/20: if I had had any other choice, I would have taken it. Wouldn't recommend to any one use this service, or at least not to pay for express service, which clearly isn't one.
