Service is Fantastic even they have lots of customers in the shop. Trying to send my Naruto Figurine to USA and they did recommend me the best option and price to choose for. Bubble wrap service and boxing are provided, no Hassel just bring your item here, they will do it for you. Well done DHL for the good customer service experience. This is my second time using DHL for international delivery.

I use DHL for shipping options. The staff are very productive and professional. You can sent Whatsapp with your shipping details before you go there. Drop cut off time is 4: 30pm. You can double park in front.

Very good service provided to me. The staff there was very helpful. She explained to me in detail, the process of the shipment of the documents, and how long it would take to reach the destination. Staff are helpful. They have a database where your history of mails (addresses) sent through them are stored.

I went this morning 845 am and was greeted by the warm and friendly staff. My matter was handled by Ms Tharshinne. She was very professional and possess strong inter personal skills and knowledge on the service and products. She is also very helpful and patient with me. 1st time walked in to DHL express service point in pulau. Tikus branch ; I was so impressed with their service. Sharon has been very helpful to explain in details to ensure my gift to be delivered safely to KL by Thursday. Thumb up to the team. Keep it up!

Average Customer Service
The two ladies at the counter were good in their work but overall customer service was disappointing. They never smiled at customers and didn't welcome them either. One Tamil counter girl gestured me to come to counter when I was in the queue waiting for my turn while she still had a customer. I pointed out to her that a person is still there but she continued waving at me. She was completely ignoring SOPs of social distancing in asking me to join the existing customer at the counter.
I don't know why are they so impatient?

The rates of DHL are quite high. For a few papers to overseas around 50grms which they thoroughly checked, they charged a whopping 110RM

Call them but no pick up, don’t really know what they are doing. Went there and saw the staff sitting there doing nothing. Poor services.

The staff is not friendly at all. Make sure that you can differentiate between DHL e-commerce and DHL express. If you want to sent some important documents or items, or sent something important across border, this is the place. If you want to drop of Shopee, then you may looking for somewhere else eg DHL e-commerce. Terrible parking conditions. I am waiting for some important documents from overseas but the documents being sit on the branch for 7 days after clearing the customs. Just after I called to complain, they just begin to send it to me. It’s time to explore new options to send or receive documents from overseas.

YOU GUYS WANNA USE COURIER SERVIVE, PLS DON'T COME HERE. VERY BAD SERVICE. Been waiting in a queue for long time. The 2 customer service don't even look up and greet or asking. They been attending one customer query for so long. I have to interrupt to ask a question to the malay lady where can I collect my things and she don't know. Refuse to look at me and very bad service. I'm not recommending the service to family and friends and any seller out there. Please use other courier service.

Not a good experience at all. Being put at the back of the queue. Made to wait. Customers coming later were served before me. Won't go there again.
