The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to the manager Sharon Cheah, she is the most professional, cheerful, very patiently and explained to me, always providing the great service to customers. She personally packed and bubbles wrapped the items and placed them into the parcel nicely and carefully. Lastly she wrapped up my heavy parcel again by herself, she was so great! She make sure my items sent to London will arrive safely. Highly recommended.

It shows that it has been delivered, but the deliveryman hasn't delivered it until the evening, and the phone won't answer delivery company morning

I am very satisfied with the service. I needed to send urgent document. Went to DHL on 9.30am Saturday, and my document was successfully delivered on Mon 11.35 am, as per what they committed. Thank you DHL!

Professional and friendly. The staff and manager are all patient and explained to me on the things to send n prohibited in order to ensure my items sent to overseas are properly done. I would consider the international courier service charges reasonable as I have compared DHL's with another two. My two return pickup and three parcel receipt experiences were all pleasant and the delivery team handled the processes really well AND extremely punctual. This is in stark comparison with Penang Fedex who failed their delivery big time for three consecutive days. Good job to DHL.

Don't believe DHL, they stolen my staff form abroad, I was lost Rm10000, I already gave police report but police didn't process my case.

Totally unsatisfied with the way DHL deal with the package they Lost!

DHL malaysia lost my parcel and giving me rm50 as a refund which is total ly unacceptable. My parcel is worth more than rm10k. DHL is just neglecting customer. This effect my business as well.

Will take legal action on this. Dont make corporate company make fool of you.

If you are buying from overseas, even if your package is not exceed 500RM taxable threshold you will certainly going to be taxed.
Customs and DHL are absolutely corrupted organizations.

I wanna know because I use the cod to pay my parcel but I realize that order is no correct which I order on internet, finally know the seller was scammer and next day call to the delivery guy he said because of weekend maybe the money no reach to seller yet ask me call to customer service but there are no one to help me, even know the seller was scammer and no care anything, persist anyway they will give the money to seller, how can I solve this problem?

Price is exceptionally high. A letter to india costs 160 myr! However the service is good and fast and they are kind and polite.
