CJ Century BAYAN LEPAS

Hopeless courier service.
Number provided never pick up by their respective operator.
Collection time at centre not flexible for office hour workers like us.
Parcel stuck about 2 weeks there and still not able find a way talk to them via phone or meet them at the centre.

Never use this courier service anymore. Definitely will check with seller which courier company they engage before place my order. Won't make any purchase if seller using this courier company.

I would like to gv zero star if possible. Very bad service. No one pick up the phone after 10+ times of calling. And they didn't come over my hse to deliver parcel or call me to take my parcel, instead they chg status of my shopee purchase to "customer absence". But the fact is there's always ppl in my hse plus my phone is on 24 hours.

CJ Century Logistics Bayan Lepas should be SHUT DOWN immediately!

The company is a total SCAM and should be investigated by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, KPDNHEP.

No customer service, delivery failure and fake contact number.

This is the worst form of customer service and CJ Century gives logistics a bad name.

NOBODY should ever use their non-existent services again. If you're the MD of CJ Century, pls rename the co to:
Con Job of the Century.

First time dealing with CJ. They gave me a very good impression. Lady driver with short golden hair was really good. She texted me before coming and my parcel was very well received.

Is Rubbish！I need go to get it myself. And transport company give me the CJ add is Wrong ！wasted my time to look the place

Do not use this service occasionally.this is a fake address there are using. The tracking says the goods are already complete.but you never receive your item.

The worst service ever. More that 3weeks still not received my item. When we call never answered at all. When check tracking items out for delivery at last delivery fail. Really fet up. Irresponsible.
