Ada 0 star aku bagi 0 star. 3 hari keluar delivery xsmpai2 barang.pastu smbung sabtu ahad pulak.bila nak smpai barang.

It's really bad! The worst I've ever seen! The goods have been stored for 6 days by the courier. I wrote out for delivery after the file! Not the same as other couriers! Indeed, my items have to be saved for collection. I know I didn't have time to send it tomorrow, please send the one that I kept for a long time!

Very bad service, three days in a row the items is out for delivery but i still did not received it.went to the office, the staff there said, the items is in the lorry, the lorry is out for delivery.take a look at the date and time there.i think they did not deliver the parcel.poor service.very bad.

Called many times but no one answer the call. The order status show out for delivery for 4 days and yet to receive the parcel

Receiving address is an office address, but their drivers decided to send at 8pm, twice.
Tried to call customer service, no one pick up.
Tried to call branch office, no one pick up.
Drove to branch office, they dont allow office pick up.

I dont think anyone can find any courier service that is worse than this one. Literally worth 0 stars.

It's been 2 days parcel out for delivery. Is it bayan lepas to balik pulau was different country? If you can't handle the job, just dont take it. U make others miserable with your lack of ethics in works.

Sent parcels on 06May, until today 27May the parcel still didnt arrive to my customer! Its even longer than Overseas SEA Shipment! WTH.

If possible, it will be negative 5 stars! Sent sms asking me to call them back, saying I'm not around to take the parcel, but they came at midnight! After call back, never pick up! How am i going to get my parcel? The worst ever logistic I ever met!

Worst service ever, I had been waiting more than 3 days and they didn't deliver my parcel, after that the delivery status turns to delivered and I don't even receive any call or parcel from them, call more than 5 times to office no one going to pick up, this courier service must be shut down immediately, bad customer service and customer experience

I would like to thank the handsome and friendly guy for the good services he gave us at Farlim Penang.

Now they got rider service. Before just lorry.so U can now use them.fully recommended. It fast and so noticeable about parcel and goods

The customer service provide excellent service, even after office hours also let us come to collect the parcel.

Very worst courier service, they never Deliver the parcel, simply the driver grab your parcel & update the delivery status.useless.

The worst courier I’ve ever met. Nvr call but sms informed delivery missed. Why you deliver to office (industrial area) at night? When tell the office guy why nvr answer phone, they said the number from the auto message sent out from main hub is wrong one. OMG! This is also the number in website! Management, are you still awake?

Items from shopee from the same courier company. When they cannot make it, they will just simply put excuses like "Customer Absence" or "Information Error". My attached screenshots are proof. One delivered at that particular day (after so many delay reasons) while the other one made up excuses because cannot deliver. Still don't understand why people still use them. They dun deserve a star at all!

When call no answer. Email no response. Reached at Penang but took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Wanted to do self collect but still no response on the email.

Three branches just only in Penang. But useless.

Worst courier service ever! If can I don’t want to give a star. My parcel was stuck at bayan lepas hub for more than half a month. Went to their office to pick up, they said parcel is at georgetown hub. Emailed them, email auto reply. Called their office, no customer service pick up. There’s so many courier service who ‘re better than CJ, lazada shopee seller please don’t use this courier service, wait for century, parcel did not reach.

Call to office and customer service helpline, no one pick up call. Email was sending twice, email stated will respond within 1 business day. ALSO NO REPLIED! All hilang ke

Very bad delivery service. Deliveryman contacted me in the morning and promised to come around afternoon. I tried to call the same delivery man when time comes as he did not turn up but phone call switched to voice mail box.
