53Bad Service. There's NO ONE WILL PICKUP YOUR CALL! And for what they have their Own Office phone? Is there still have rider/driver to sent our parcel?
Unfortunately CS and the posman really need to reorganized their system… Called th Posman the first day, add a note that I won't be at home before 2pm and yet the posman still delivery it at 10.58am.
Call the CS on 3rd days, they said it'll be delivered on working hours by that day, wait for whole day long yet didn't receive.
The 4th day (Saturday) I called to confirm if they are delivering the parcel, CS said no and I went out… then I received a call by postman asking if I were home…
My parcel wrongly sent to address No 282 instead of my actual address No 228! Luckily they called us come to collect our parcel! I hope NO MORE next time!
Slow services.and not delivery on time. But when time to collect payment always on time and fast.
Why this kind of courier service can be one of the official provider for Taobao while I can’t even track my item with the tracking number & item never arrive on time!

Really sucks! Parcel sent out from KL to Penang for 1 week still unable to reach the destination. Calling for 2 days more than 10 times, nobody pick up the call the the tracking status not update into system. Unable to trace the status through online. Please advise what should I do?
Syarikat ini ada sindiket haram dengan Kastam Diraja Malaysia yg melarikan barang barang customer dan menjual balik di pasaran gelap, barang saya ada kat portal online utk dilelong. Saya dah buat laporan polis. Polis sedang menyiasat. Don't ever trust this company and also with their fake tracking system. You won't get your item.

Super duper worst! Call almost 30 times also nobody pickup the phone, then say tomorrow will come but not yet receive and the status also did not update! How lazy are they!?
