Hello when can send out parcel that my parcel reach warehouse 4 days ago but stil not yet arrange for delivery!

Parcel saya distatus sudah delivered, tapi dari semalam sampai hari ni belum tiba. Tengok komen banyak yg senasib macam saya. Harap courier ABX ni di banned di Malaysia, menyusahkan org ja.

Very poor services. My parcel stuck for 5 days at the Prai hub. Being so impatient, I had drove for 40km to ABX for self collect and it is so disappointed that the staff can't find my parcel and I had to go back home empty handed. Zero star to the unprofessional ethique shown by this lousy courier.

Very rude customer service, i will definitely giv a zero star rating if the system allowed to do so

Barang dalam penghantaran dah 5 hari tak sampai pon kat rumah.kerap dah 2-3 barang jadi macam ni.tolong lah peka dengan barang yg nak dihantar!

Very super lousiest courier company. My parcel reach their warehouse 10days ago, then system shown that delivery attempt failed! Consignee not in Office /office closed! WTH! I am waiting day by day just look at the door and wait for my parcel! It’s been 10days man! I called, staff said we can’t find your address! Hello? Can Just call me or leave a message let me know what is going on? If location problem I can wait somewhere to collect or collect in your office is find for me! But why no call at all? Speechless courier service! No ABX next time! (I still din get my parcel yet)

Very worst service.almost 3 days continuously i am calling for all centre but no one attend the call.very2 worst service ever.

Saya pernah berurusan dengan ramai runner lain dan posmen lain.tak pernah lagi berurusan dgn org mcm ni.

Lousiest courier company ever seen. Late delivery is 1 problem. How can just didn't pick up a call at 9.30pm then straight leave message to receiver must collect at there office. Why didn't call earlier? Why only call when reach? Why can't direct send to house? A lots of why? But you all just done it most dump way!

Punya lama barang nak antaq.dari 2/6/2020 sampai la ke hari nie 22/6/2020 barang x sampai2. Dok peram wat pa ntah.

Status show item delivered but i still yet received the parcel.
Very disappointed on ABX!

Bad service, tiada adab bercakap dengan customer.
Kalau cakap elok2 tak kan jadi masalah.
Kalau tak suka hantar barang, boleh call suruh ambil di office.
Baru 5minit tunggu dah call marah2 customer.
Ini bukan rumah taman 1minit u call teros boleh buka pintu receive barang!

Kol x pernah angkat.dah kenapa.brg x p hantar tp status undelivered, beyond our control laaa.kol x angkat lgsung.

Customer saya sampai complain.nk sampai ke perai tu kejap ja.dia punya nk hntr ke rumah customer sy.ambk mase dkt sebulan.kite pulak yg dipersalahkan.adui

Syarikat penghantaran yg bermasallah.barang sampai lama dah tapi peram sampai 2 minggu di stor.ada call tanya ada dirumah atau tak.bg tau ada tapi tak sampai2 sampai 2 minggu, dalam traking bohong kata costumer tak ada dirumah.sedangkan kita punya tunggu sampai segala urusan lain tak dapat buat.

Poor service. Already call and said that i will pick up myself at office but still post out for deliver after i drive so far here for my urgent parcel
