Weng Yin Seafood Village

Came here for lunch after checking out from Lexis Hibiscus. Food is good, acceptable for the price. But just too many flies to the point we had to rush finishing our meal just to get away from the flies. Couldn't properly enjoy lunch in peace also

Tasty food, value for money considering seafood. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Chinese is the main medium for conversation but English and Malay is fine too.

The staff is very friendly and patient. I stayed at the lexis hibiscus nearby and they were able to deliver to me. Even when I got my order mixed up, they still helped me sort it out very patiently. Food is also very good and very good value for money.

So far a foods Is okay.but I don't like to wait.we are spending 1hrs to wait a foods.over they alot of ppl waiting a table as well.if cust kept on seat m waiting for what

We had 6 dishes and they were up to expectations. All were small portions ordered. Taste wise great. Will go back again. Number of persons dining=2pax

1) come early, they get busy around 7.30pm and cause they are understaffed at the moment, it'll be hard to get a clean table

2) the food is good but not great, price is decent. We ordered:
* lala meehoon - rm 12 (1 person portion) - the taste is pretty meh, i wouldn't really recommend
* sweet and sour crab - 2 crabs at rm 98
* salted egg sotong - rm22
* kamheong mantis prawn - rm 20 - i also wont recommend cause the mantis was quite. Sloppy/wet feel
*coconut - rm6 per coconut

3) recommend to not park inside their restaurant area but beside where there's a PD mart. Would be easier for you to get in and get out without getting stuck with all the cars trying to enter.

Overall, its edible, its good but not great.
Location is fairly near to Lexis Hibiscus if you are staying there, so a pretty good option for dinner.

Locations is good, very near Thistle.
But waiting time is a bit too long (30-45min)
Food taste is not bad, depending on the food you ordered.

Overall a decent meal & definitely the highlights were the seafood.

Highlights:

3-flavour (sweet, sour, salty) fried fish
2️⃣ Salted Egg Squid
3️⃣ Oats fried Mantis Prawns

The rest were just decent.

But these 7 dishes only cost us RM250.quite an unbelievable price!

The food is average, fried rice is nice but the yee mee is very average. The good thing is this place is near Lexis Hibiscus. However, the lady boss is very nice and friendly when making payment.

Acceptable food and price. Crab was fresh but only had L size. 2 pcs for RM98. Ordered Lala Hokkien Mihun but that was disappointing. Noodles were soggy and tasteless. Salt bake prawns were nice.

Clean and fast services. Ample carpark. The food washighly recomended if you are in pd. Weekend and public holiday alway full. Prices are reasonable too

A typical Chinese restaurant. Even it is a seafood restaurant, but not much seafood options. We are advice to order chicken or pork instead. Crowded even during weekdays. I won't say they are expensive but their price definitely not cheap compare to what they have offered. Parking is limited. And outdoor table is available. Cheers.

First time in this restaurant. Dishes not bad. Ample parking space. Ac& non ac options. But on my visit only siakap was available.no other choice.

Small portion, expensive, long waiting hour even during weekday, seafood are not fresh and taste bad

Food below average, service terrible, ordered a coconut and it was hot like it had been waiting in a car.

Always loved their food. This this tried their kam heong chicken n mix vege with seafood and pork n black pepper deer meat. Very the nice

Very reasonable priced for sure. Only RM48 for 3 pax. However the waiting time really bad eventhough not many ppl Today. Furthermore food not syncronise and came out one each every 5min ‍️

The food is average and a bit light taste. The portion is rather consider medium. Staff is friendly though. The salted egg squid is kind of hard.

We have a wonderful new year eve and wanna perfect our trip with seafood lunch. This restaurant claimed that they are famous for more than 30 years, we do not agreed and feel that they were over rated. Their food not nice, and pricey. You can taste the sugar level.
2 stars given for their service. Staffs friendly and attentive.

But for food, we will not visit here again.
