I paid the money when I paid the bill, but now they say they never received the money.
It's like a scam.

I was disappointed in the waiter's deceitful attitude of lying, as the food was so-so.
If you go there, you'd better make sure you know the food you ordered and the price.

Labuanese people is awesome, everyone is gather for Labuan Selawat with ustaz Abdul Samat.we come to Labuan and stay here.the hotel exactly in the middle of the town and just opposite the event location.its very convenient for us to stay here and before we going home the kids enjoy the swimming pool. Good job to the management maintain the cleanliness for such a big hotel.we hope for future visit definitely will come here again.

The beds were comfortable and the pool is wonderfully warm. Just don’t plan on sleeping as you can hear the traffic very loudly in the regular rooms and in all of the rooms you can hear the planes directly overhead from the nearby airport and military fighter jets all day and all night long. The bar blasts karaoke and it can be heard in the room. The suites are disappointing as they are musty and greatly in need of refurbishing and ours had food in the fridge from someone else and a chicken bone on the floor. The shower is unreliable and will turn from warm to scalding hot. Staff is very friendly except for the woman working at the bar.
