Worst hospital I have ever been. Emergency place was so crowded and very slow. Even no sit to wait! In the mother birth ward, nurse and doctor just relax in the counter table

Next time want to collect the patient money please reponsible and have customerservice ,money pay like private ,but。service damn,from 9am wait till 3pm,then no budy to serve,take attention all department of hukm.

Worst hospital I have ever been. The parking rate was expensive, the admission procedure was slow too. Today I came with my mum to manage my dad necessity like, giving him food and bath him. Queued for 1 hour but then they only let one visitor in. The process flow to enter also wasn't clear. There's like a banner telling us to register qr code to visit. But when I registered the qr code they still won't let me in at all. Still need to register as visitor through the counter. So what's the point having the banner telling us to register quite a troublesome because there's also elderly queuing. The facilities was very poor as well. Not much dustbin. There were also almost no bench to sit and wait. People had too stand. The parking entrance only via touch n go, no parking ticket. No caretaker were allowed so I wonder if the nurses and staffs had enough hands to help patients if they need to bath or go to the toilet. Family weren't allowed either so how? Aiiyoooo really sucks and bad considering it's a semi-government hospital

Need to admit my father in law for a CT scan. Was given a written letter by the doctor to admit. At first, after reading some earlier reviews, was very worried and scared to admit him here but to my surprise, the place was not as bad as written by some. The admission wait was very lengthy due to the super high occupancy. We reach 10.30am and only managed to get a bed by 5.30pm.i strongly suggest that you do not wait at the hospital. They will call u on your hp once any bed is available. After the admission process, we are able to get a bed at 5H. The nurses are amazing, very polite and informative. Thank u all. Do not let a few bad apples sploit your repo. Keep up the good work and thanks again. The facilities looks dated but enough for the rate we are paying. Final advise would be, stay healthy and live heahlty to minimise your health visit to any hospital.

01 Sep 2020 2.00 pm - the female attendant/announcer at the Pusat Komunikasi Jabatan Perubatan Kecemasan was very very rude. Even simple inquiry like if able to know status as my mother came in ambulance to HUKM Emergency and was pushed in for more than 2 hours into emergency due to stroke she would sarcastically replied that just "duduk dan tunggu. 2 jam tak lama mesti tunggu sekurang nya 3 jam"
I walked away but overheard her rude remark "bodoh tunggulah"
I asked for her name but she refused to tell and also she was not wearing her name tag

All I wanted to know is just status if mother was stabilised. Is that wrong and not permissible?
I was using my phone to update my sister and she thought I was taking her photo. Suddenly, a security officer Farid came and asked to check my phone citing that who I took that female attendant's photo. What rights they hv to check my phone but as I was not guilty I showed him my phone.
If she was not UNPROFESSIONAL or RUDE why so scared until must call security?

Shouldn't STAFF MUST WEAR THEIR NAME TAGS.
No one likes to come to a hospital unless they or one of their loved ones is unwell/sick. But what is sicker is the attitude of such hospital personnel who sits at front desk that makes situation SICKER.

Very dissapointed on the Wad 6E service. The nurse is impolite and even requests the patient family to put on pampers for patients. When asking for extra cotton pad, the nurse didnt want to provide. I dont know why we should pay high fees if we need to self service. The doctors is unclear about the health conditon of the patient, kept asking a few times from different doctors but get different responses from them. Different medicine for each time entering the wad. Sometimes need antibiotics, somwtimes no, but asking for confirmation, they said need it. It doubts me when the doctor is so frustrated when we asks about the patient's conditon. I can't understand on their anger.

Such a lazy nurses. Rude and never do dressing for my mother properly. Talk to patient with NO MANNERS.takde adab cara layan pesakit. Dari pagi until 3pm, patient kena keep telling belum buat dressing. Patient dah pass motion 2 hari, no one check. Dah lah tak bagi family stay and take care. Seriously useless service. Very very bad.

1. Doctrs & nurses at neurology ward are helpful & compassion. It helps with cheerful dctrs like Dr Soon.
2. At extraordinary time of mco, mngmnt pls look into allowing at least flexibility fr caregivers esp whn cases require it. Apart from ease load off nurses, Caregiver too give moral support to patient.
3. Parking fees are horrendous.
4. Hope mngemnt reads reviews.

Mum has been here the past 1 yr, from Emergency to Admission, Screening, etc.related to Respiratory, Cardiology, Vascular, ENT, High-Dependency Ward.

Observation Doctors are considerate and polite; Respi and Cardio treatments are good but Vascular and ENT are not. Nurses are gentle and kind; only 1-2 are cranky but that's fine. Overall, everyone here is compassionate. Thank you HUKM, God bless.

Needs Improvement:

~ Patient management and communication between Departments. We were once asked to admit patient but once arrived, was told it's a public holiday and no admission that day!

~ Communication between doctors from specialist Dept, Ward doctors, colleagues are weak.

~ Hospital needs more chairs outside wards for people to sit/wait. Should forbid visitors from bringing food to eat, then sleep/lie on the floor outside wards.

~ Many facilities are old and needs upgrading. I also pity the staff who have to work under such poor conditions.

~ Very dull daily patient meals. Method of cooking is the same, served on alternate days.

~ For teabreak, they serve crackers which is already wrapped but they STILL wrap them in another plastic bag (see attached pic). Why the need to consume so much of plastic? When I suggested to the manager, she just replied 'that's perfectly fine'.

~ Remove staff who can't do their job. I've witnessed again and again sweepers who literally carry their broom+pans and wa;l around, dusting lightly but rubbish are seen littered under beds etc (in the Emergency Dept).

~ Cleaners to cleanup the surroundings outside the hospital perimeter, carpark area as there's rubbish everywhere. Put up signboards to warn litterers. It's so shameful to see a teaching Hospital surrounded in trash!

One of the worst hospital. My lil bro request to change to other hospital but they won't let him to by giving him a lot of nonsense reasons. And it seems they just want to pump more money from him by let him stay in first class ward without any agreement. Pfftt, are they really care about their patients or they just care about money?

Extremely bad customer service and poor response, been calling for days just to change an appointment. Hold my calls for 30 minutes and the stuff are rude.

#Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude.

#Long waits before or between appointments, including delays in being moved between different departments.

Mum was treated since 1st time admiited.all check up been done here.just admitted again due to infection.some of doctors & nurses are good. There are a few not.they seem to be lazy. & they to bully others. Sorry to said that.my My maid stay with my mum to take care of her since need to stay in 1 week.while I'm not around.my maid ask for help to change the pamper of my mum as she unable to carry her that time. 1 of the nurse just ask her change yourself. No others will help too. Till I came & ask.but give some reason.said not her work.her friend busy.i just help u. This a word from the nurse.we are just asking a helping hand & this not 24 hours.we appreciate their work to take care patients but somehow feel dissapointed to some of them who said this.

Hospital was not organized. The guard reception only play phones. They never care of people coming. They were very unhelpful. How these people can work there?

Veryy traumatic experience ever, my sister deliver the baby after the emergency caesarean, and she had been only allowed to stay for one night at the ward. On her poor condition we bring back her home. I just camt accept the way the nurses told us to bring her home. How can a caesarean case could be dischrged in just one night? Totally foolish. Plusss another case, where a 10 months baby was admitted for 10 dys diarhea and fever, no treatment was given to him except the drips. No action to stop his fever that leads to fits (sawan). Plus late action of dr and nurses.later baby's whole body get swollen bcz of over giving the drips.totally poor service.fully crowded with Practical doctors. And different opinions. The dr who is inchrged is totallly waste.anything urgent only a few nurses are there. Pls take note. And i hope this hospital will treat patient as patient and not as a research object in future. Tq

They urge my father to do brain tumor operation.the operation went well.very2 successful.but all tragedy happens after chemo radio.ended on 4th oct 2019.first apointment was on 16th jan 2020.almost 3mnths hukm didnt provide any medication. NO MONOTORING.he said see u in 6 mnths.now what happen to my father? Weaker n weaker.lost eye sight.memory lost.morale: always chase your doc.get his number for any emergency.

Yup some of the nurses were very rude.i saw it although im only a visitor.but very rude to some old patient.im not agreed with it.management plese observe wad 5c.how some nurses works! Not all but some of it, no smiley face and shout at the patient, do you have a cctv.then? , nurse not a gangster.should uour nurse act like a gangster when the patient not well, please do something n obserrrvveeeee

Semua doktor and staff sangat friendly. Selama arwah mak sy kerap masuk wad di hukm dan pelbagai appointment di pelbagai klinik. Alhamdulillah, semua doktor baik2 lemah lembut, beretika. Terima kasih kerana memudahkan urusan kami. Hanya Allah yang dpt membalas jasa2 doktor2 dan staff2 di sana. Terima kasih hukm ️

6 hours to get admitted due to no bed vacant.discharge took another 5 hours waiting for the summary.the management pls rectified this issue cause it only took less than 10 min for your payment department to take the cash.pls replace the payment department to handle above issues.its a semi gov hospital yet act like a fully gov own.such a disaster indeed

The parking in this hospital isn’t very difficult to find compared to other hospital however some impose parking charges. The hospital environment is consider OK. Facilities are quite well equipped too as this is a teaching hospital. Overall not great but OK.
