45My 1st experience at UKMSC. The staff (especially the cashier) were not friendly at all. Longer waiting time at registration. If it is not because of the doctor, i will not come to this place anymore.
Got number at 8am. 5pm still didnt see the dr.very2 slow.even normal person can get heart attack in this situation
The only thing that i don't like about is the food and some staff. I thought this is a private hospital and food are supposed to be served with taste. Everything including the soup, puddings and curry are bland and hella sweet. Some nurses are really harsh and rude to me too. I'm still a kid, i expected them to treat me nicely. The nurses don't even care when i told them whatever their doing hurts instead they will just say sorry and do it harder. I still think there are nice doctors and nurses. Not only that, they put saline needle in me for days even though they stopped using it. Then after 2 days it started to swell and i asked the nurse/doctors to help but they didnt do anything and ignored me for days, they also told me it was fine to have it sticking there even after use. After 4 days a nurse only took it out because my arm was swelling really bad and had black marks on it. Hospital's responsibility but they act like its our fault. Ward 6 btw
Specialist berbayar dengan service yg teruk, dapat katil class biasa, nurse layan acuh tak acuh. Baik pergi kpj atau pantai lagi baik
Baru lepas menjalani minor surgeri.alhamdulillah semuanya berjalan dengan lancar. Doktor nurse semua pon baik baik and banyak membantu. Terbbaikk
Got my follow up appointment this morning, so went there all the way from Seremban, then I found out no clinic available this morning at the nurse counter, only pm clinic. Unfortunately ward nurse had given wrong timing during discharge. I had applied leave for today and has another appoinemnt this pm.
It was so dissapointing, so I lodged a complaint to the CS, Pn Nurul Huda and SN Ika who incharged of my case. Alhamdulillah has settled my problem.
For the sake of Prof Nirmala as she is taking good care of me, and all the staffs incharged handled my case well, I took down my previous comment and rating.
Note: Please UKMSC/HUKM improve PR skills of frontdesk staffs (payment and reg counter). Sour faces and lack of manners.

The service is bad.this is private hospital & im expecting the service must be good as fees that we pay.we have to wait 30-40 minutes only to wait for our name to be call to make payment.there are so many staffs at the counter.but it doesnt make your service fast.the counter it self is not systematic.
Need to improve take more skillful nurses for taking blood sample. I’ve experienced the nurses injected more than 1 places because the nurse isn’t expert to mark my blood vessel and caused pain on my arms.i've went to other private hospital, we can spend one day to do blood test, & within 2 hours, we can have the lab report & we can proceed to see the doctor.so why not HUKM enhance your service.
Masih sama tiada perubahan sejak mula menggunakan perkhidmatan di sini pada 2019. Tidak mempunyai proses kerja yang lancar. Perlu tunggu lama. Bayaran seperti private tapi services slow.
Ntah pape je ukmsc ni.dtg jauh2 ingat dpt rawatan.tapi bgtau hospital ukmsc tutup hari cuti.dah tu orang sakit kena tunggu hari kerja dulu baru dpt treatment ke cane?
We went there for the first time to have our annual health screenings done. Desicion was made after comparing the packages and prices they offered with a few other private hospitals. Prior bookings were made via telephone calls and they sounded professional.
First time registration processes & the normal medical procedures were also fine and acceptable. However, they suddenly changed the appointment (for the specialist's review sessions) to another TWO WEEKS without even notifying us.
Made a call to enquire on this but I was passed around three times without getting any final resolutions. This is when I realised that their professionalism and services are ZERO! They do not treat you like they are from a private hospital at all.
I have waited for more than an hour just to get our appointments being rescheduled with another specialist ya and mind you, it's a so-called Specialist Centre!
So very disappointed with these kinds of service attitude by the staff and it's really a deterrent factor for us to return back to this hospital. TQ
New hip in and already mobile, my sincere and huge thanks to Dr. Nor Hamdan and all those involved in getting me into the theatre, looking after me during the operation, after op ward care and follow up. Saya telah menjalani pembedahan dan ia tidak berjaya apabila saya kembali ke hospital, mereka berkata bahawa jika kita mahu mengulangi pembedahan, anda perlu membayarnya, mengetahui bahawa saya bukan sebabnya, tetapi mereka tidak lakukan operasi dengan baik saya kecewa dengan keadaan ini?
The service is bad. After 3 pm, all staff seems to be preparing to go home. I called to get a GL and get my monthly med. Was passed around with 4 different nos given. The last no didnt answer at all.
Hello good afternoon sir, almost every 6 months I have to pay a visit to eyes clinic, Endo, Trauma, Rehabilitation and others health. They are very good doctors and nurses and caring people's life UKM Specialist Centre in Jalan Yaacob Latif in Cheras and just the opposite of swimming pools and hockey stadium and plenty of cars park too
Great experience as a first timer. Appreciate Prof Madya Dr Law Zhe Kang (Neurology clinic) taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment option. Highly recommended.
The process is really inefficient, especially when I thought this is the "private" healthcare wing.
I had a minor scope done, the fee came up to be 1,200. Took me by surprise, I'd to remove the medicine to buy outside
I must say the doctor was really good tho, the doctor fee was worth it. However, the processes made my experience a really bad one.

Doctor is good, nurse good. Tp sakit hati bila call nak tukar date appointment. Setiap kali call mesti
1- call centre salah tranfer call
2- bagi no phone kaunter nurse - call banyak kali tak pickup
3- tak pickup call
Sebenarnya apa masalah call centre hukm? Sambung panggilan ke tingkat 7 pun banyak sangat halangan. Waste time
Service is good. Environment is okay, but some day you will find it is a bit crowded, and some day is otherwise. Fasilities are okey but I think they might wanna add up kid section, loads with storybook, or color book so that kids won't get bored since the waiting time is roughly an hour or so.
Also I wonder why do international patients gets to get the lounge and Surau? Can it be used by Malaysians?
I'm really upset with the payment counter. I don't understand why they took such a long time to call our names to make the payment.this is my second visit.first visit was afew years ago.today was the second visit.the same thing happened. I was really shocked there is no improvement at all.and some of the staffs are not friendly.not all.we are paying to get better treatment.but this is worse than gov hospitals.the doctor I met today was good. I think the hosp need to do something to overcome the staffs problems.
