I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care that you have provided during my stay in the hospital. During my stay of two months, your patience, care and encouragement have played a pivotal role in helping me to recover in such a short time. Iwould like to specifically praise the efforts and care of. Their care and patience towards me has been extremely in my recovery especially when Iam being diagnosed with minor stroke at such an old age. Once again, Iwould like to applaud the hospitals, especially the mentioned personnel below for providing a welcoming hospitality.

Did a few acupuncture and guasa sessions here. The doctor is friendly (forgot her name), and really know her stuff. My neck and back got better!

I was very sick today I’ve got a lot of symptoms! In this hospital 90 percent employees and doctors are terrible, rude except the lab guys and Mrs Lim sau wan from the costumer service she changed my whole perspective about this hospital
She was more supportive than any other doctor and even specialists

Because I had an injury on the back of my head from a fall when I was a child, and it would swell from time to time. I went to the doctor and asked me to do a CT scan. I waited and waited. When the CT results came out, the doctor saw that there was a dent as big as the head of a chopstick. After I went in, the doctor said it was okay. I asked the doctor, "It's okay. Why do I get a headache during the examination and sometimes I get a lump in my stomach when I don't sleep well? " (The doctor’s answer was yes, I don’t know.) I waited for a day and went to the hospital. But he answered me like this. It’s been almost a year now. I still feel confused when I want to go. I spent more than 1,000 yuan to buy it. Got it, I don’t know

Admitted my parent into this hospital due to serious illness. Bad impression on nursing services, they are lazy, show disguising face and ignorant attitude to the patient who are asking for assistance. They ignore instruction given by doctor too.the nurse only perform duty which they prefer and ignore the duty which they refuse to perform. The nursing service here is worst than nursing services in government hospital.

Counter banyak, org banyak tak tau tengah tunggu apa. Nak tunggu register pun lama. Mimpi keh

Very disappointed cos the parking rate for sunday change from free parking to rm3 for the 1st 2 hour and rm3 for the subsequent hour which is very unreasonable!

This doctor is very rude DR YAP BOON HUNG and very greedy complain to my wife say she have high blood pressure while test the blood pressure and start talking to my wife surely the blood will rise and give this Micardis 40Mg tables to be taken as i do not trust this doctor I bring my wife to my family doctor and re test the high blood pressure and com firm my wife do do have high pressure and ask not to take this medicine as my family say while taking the high blood pressure no movement and talking at that moment if talking and movement the blood pressure will rise for sure. This DR YAP BOON HUNG have to be removed from Tung Shin Hospital if not there will be more complain about him.

Overall all excellent service, food of cafe a nice with variety of dishes and clean as well.

For TCM: facilities are okay, using the app can book an appointment earlier and faster. However, I have encountered the worst, no exaggeration, THE WORST EXPERIENCE in my medical history in Tung Shin TCM.

Met CP. Ong Chee Ching for my first consultation, aiming for my back and chest pain. Got meds for chest pain and I was told it was due to my stomach indigestion. Took the meds and felt worse. Got back to check the next week, turns out I was prescribed with the wrong meds because he assumed my body type is the same as his.

And while consulting, instead of utilising the time to help me understand my situation, he was sharing me memes and whatnot that has no relation to my aim for being there. Others might say he is friendly but for someone who was in pain, I see this otherwise. Highly unprofessional and disappointed.

I paid RM120+ for having unnecessary pain, adding on with my existing pain, and I even have to hear him talking about things like I am a psychotherapist? Will not recommend this CP, or even a visit here, if you want to recover with a higher probability.

Update: Received a call from TCM department, I was given an apology, recommended a higher ranking professor (higher price), and Ms. "Mi Li" took time to really understand my situation in details. Kudos! Will update again if I ever head back.

Floor 7 wad nurse unpolitely, we didn't do anything, she also can gossip my husband in front of me, they think I don't know they gossip who! And noisy during the sleeping time

Appointment was made for 10.15am, arrived on time as well, but waited until 12.15pm still havent reach my turn, nurse said got another 5 in front of me. I asked further, what is the estimate then? Nurse could not advised since it is subjective but also did not provide any other solutions beside asking me to wait. Doctor Ng also late came in, around 10.40am. Although doctor and nurse time are precious, do not forgot that other people time also precious. What is the point for having an appointment date and time booked if the time management by the doctor and nurse are off by so much? I thought i was in HKL today instead of Tung Shin, in view of the poor time management and bad service. Very dissapointed.

Amazing staff, doctor and nurses, very efficient and courteous. Had to do my visa medical check, price RM 376. Make sure to make an appointment

Get refer about this hospital good service from friend about Dr Chan, but when 930am call to make appointment, the pick up call woman staff attitude is quite suck, very dissapointed and feel be perfunctory
Just tell me Dr Chan after 11day will back on duty, when I just confirm patient full name and confirm date appt and she say being busy line and straight cut my call, don't have enough time to once confirm info she provide?

Arrogant doctor, refused to treat patient just cause patient declined to proceed with MRI. Doctor told patient to seek treatment elsewhere if don’t want to perform MRI.

In fact, patient already did X-ray and X-ray clearly showed what’s wrong the the lumbar. But Dr Wei Hong Xing refused to diagnose without MRI. 没医德. Maybe we need to really break a bone only he will treat the patient.

The staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The healthcare in Malaysia is amazing!

I was on holiday in Malaysia coming from Australia and had sustained a bite wound after getting too close to the monkeys at Batu caves.

The staff at the western medicine wing of Tung Shin Hospital were prompt and understanding of my problem.

I was admitted, saw a doctor, and given my anti rabies shot in less than an hour.

This let me resume my holiday with some peace of mind.

Came to this hospital multiple times. Very nice setup and resident Drs. Staff is patient and caring. Cafeteria food is 6/10 and cafe is a bit pricey. But apart from that no complaints.
