This book store serves the community well. You can find most of the books and magazines here. I hope his store will survive through the tough period.

The staff never greet or nor even say thanks For purchase. I asked questions it was so straight answered with rude voice. Bad customer service.tagging Klcc management.

Please add more book for business and financial/trader books. I love this book store. The staff friendly, and i don't mind spending hours here.

Times bookstore is located on the same floor with Juiceworks and Starbucks. Can find books, stationary, souvenirs/gifts, TY toys, painting/colouring materials.

This is the only bookstore nearby Bukit Bintang and offers some classic literatures and not only the so-called modern best sellers. I am totally disappointed with the amount of classic literatures offered by the bookstore. Two books from Charles Dickens, two books on Alice in Wonderland and several books from other authors. Lots of nonsense books such as Crazy Rich Asian, romances etc. I don't know whether people living in Malaysia are still reading books, or good classic literatures. But apparently not considering the amount of bookstores available and books offered. Even though reading e-books are environmental friendly, a book is a book and will always be a book. If people want to stay environmental friendly and sustainable, maybe they should consider drive less, use less plastic and don't complain if you get a drink without straw.

This place is amazing. A lot of book supplies that u possibly need. The prices vary from the different brands but still pretty affordable. The place is huge. Business here is usually not packed so you can get the things u need quickly.

Great design book store with a good selection of books. Here also sell stationary and some kids toys.

Quite a number of washi tapes being sold there. And recently added succulent plants too. Very impressed

Magnificent, big book store, can browse a huge selection of books, well put in an organized aisles, also stationary, it is available to order books that are not available in the house, it is always easy and comfortable to be in that place.

The best book store in pavilion Kuala Lumpur, i have been visiting for very first time there, they had a huge collection of books accept best sellers, child books and stationery and novel etc, there also have a big collection of books in bhasa Malay also.

Very good book store with a wide variety of books for all tastes as well as stationery, diaries, journals and other odds and ends one might find at a bookstore.

Awesome book store with lots of English books available. It has a huge collection of stationery and arts as well. Although for more speciality products please go to neighbouring art shop

They have the books that I wanted, even the popular ones. And the staff there were just there playing with their phones.

Great atmosphere, nice and quiet. The staff was very attentive, always available and they do help us to find our favorite books. Good selection of recent titles, not too much of a selection though. Overall, an awesome place to chill and spend time by yourself.

It was like a paradise. If I visit malaysia next time then this place will be at the top of my "To Do" list. Loved it.

I like their books. Kind of different to others. My favourite is Kinokuniya, this is the second.

I had encountered a very poor service in the counter. Hopefully the manager or supervisor will look into the matters. A bookstore is not about the enviroment, but the service as well.
